Driver dies after ramming car into police vehicle on Champs-Elysees in probable terrorist attack
Why are those who are "known to authorities" for extremism not arrested and/or deported? Over and over again, you hear that these attackers have been known to authorities. The Manchester bomber, the Berlin "truck of peace" driver, etc. All "known to authorities". Enough already! If you know who they are, do something. To use a management cliche, be proactive, not reactive!
