FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — Republican Gov. Matt Bevin conceded to Democratic archnemesis Andy Beshear on Thursday, putting an end to Kentucky’s bitterly fought governor’s race.
Bevin, an ally of President Donald Trump, made the dramatic announcement outside his statehouse office on the same day election officials across Kentucky double-checked vote totals at his request.

Other countries have higher tax raters for corporation, you do realize, right?
Also, other countries have lower income tax rates for individuals... yet you haven't left the country (yet). Can you explain why that is? I understand you can only speak for yourself, but you say that corporations will run to other countries, yet you haven't run to another country, so I am wondering why you think that is true. Surely if true, you would have left America for another country with lower taxes.
