Obama's back-door gun-grabbing scheme

http://www.wnd.com/2014/10/sic-em-watchdog-attacks-obamas-choke-point/

The Internal Revenue Service’s attacks on tea party, conservative and Christian organizations has been well reported as has President Obama’s interference in criminal cases such as that of Trayvon Martin, where before a jury could rule, Obama stated that if he had a son, he would look like Trayvon.

Meanwhile, the White House health-care agenda is becoming clearer as Washington fights back every time someone rejects the abortion mandates that flow from bureaucratic desks.

And the efforts to demonize conservatives and Christians, linking them repeatedly to “domestic terrorism,” has been apparent.
Have they forgotten Benghazi?

Oh, after reading the barely coherent article I don't find mention of grabbing guns. Maybe I need a job writing random stream-of-rage articles.

"Yes, he hasn't yet done any of those things that we told you that you were supposed to be afraid that he'd do, but that's because he's just luring you into a false sense of security before he makes his move. So, it's important to remain vigilant until he's no longer President, and possibly even after that, too."

Yes, there is not now nor has there been an effort to confiscate legally acquired guns. All intelligent gun rights advocates know this. The regulations are all on acquiring guns.

There are ample rules on purchasing, selling, gifting, inheriting, or manufacturing firearms. But if you actually one one it is yours.

The effort is to ensure nobody can get one by any means instead.

Well considering all the gun legislation that happened when Obama and the Democrats were in control in 2009.

Yeah, I did say "Democrats" in my post. Yep. It's in the invisible letters. You can't even it them by magnification or changing the color of the font, it is thoroughly invisible, but somehow you saw it. I'll have to hide it better next time.

When it comes to gun rights advocates, the intelligent folks are not exactly dominating the conversation.

I don't keep my gun in my back door. I've asked my wife if I could put it in her back door a couple times but she's always shot me down.

.

Not in Texas. You can find any gun you are looking for at a gunshow. You can get a Romanian made AK-47 for about 500 dollars, and you can buy shotgun shells that shoot fireballs, and you can also get some pretty good beef jerky. I've never purchased a gun at one of these gunshows, but I've heard from friends that there is no waiting period or background checks if you have cash.

Yeah, you can do what ever you want in Texas*

*provided that does not include carrying the gun you purchased at the gun show out in the open.

aaaaand, I'm just going to leave this here:

You can't actually buy a Romanian AK-47 (actually AKM like the PM md. 63) for 500 dollars. What the 500 (closer to 750 recently) dollars buys you is a semi auto WASR-10 rifle which is aesthetically similar and functionally dissimilar to the military AKM assault rifle. The gun laws in MA are probably the most stringent in the country, and the MA legislature didn't see any problem with me owning one of these (purchased from a dealer). Any real military style AKM variant will be quite difficult to acquire without an FFL license, and will cost much more than the semi-auto rifles available at that gun show - something like a dozen thousand.

The background check issue is unlikely to be solved as long as each state is able to write it's own rules. In general the process for NICS checks should be streamlined, and all transfers whether facilitated by a dealer or person-to-person should require a NICS check.

Y'all fellers are very few and far between.

Do all intelligent gun rights advocates understand that 'gun control is racist'?
