EVERETT, WA - With their submersible business under water, OceanGate announced a new venture to "retake" the skies.
They released a rendering of their proposed design, which showed the plane with square windows, DC-10 inspired cargo doors, nine wings.
Named The Penguin, the plane would be made from lightweight material they found laying around their office. The Penguin's large square windows will provide their tourists a grand view of the sky.
Production into the 32-foot long airplane is expected to begin shortly. They hope to able to fit up 7 people in the plane and will charge passengers $350,000 per excursion.
