I read the article. While Hagee has a long and distinguished history of douchebaggery, I don't see where he actually says they don't deserve to live.

It doesn't matter. They are poor and therefore don't deserve to eat because their poverty proves that they are bad people.

While I can appreciate your emotional need to defend the Christian, given that we have never produced a society that makes as many jobs as people, it very much does.
