Planned Parenthood Attacked: Three Dead

Authorities respond after reports of a shooting near a Planned Parenthood clinic Friday, Nov. 27, 2015, in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Police in Colorado Springs, Colorado are responding to an active shooting at a Planned Parenthood location on that city’s west side early Friday afternoon.
At least four officers were injured in an ongoing standoff at the reproductive health center, Lt. Catherine Buckley has told reporters. Buckley said there are multiple civilians wounded as well but would not give the number of civilian victims or discuss the severity of their injuries. The Colorado Springs Gazette reports that nine people total have been transported to area hospitals with gunshot wounds.
The gunman is inside the Planned Parenthood office according to multiple reports and local police, but is not yet apprehended. More than two hours after the initial emergency call, the shooter was still exchanging fire with officers at the Planned Parenthood building.

Lt. Catherine Buckley stated at a press conference the suspect was captured at 4:52 PM local time. She added she could not confirm if any fatalities – how many, or any. Police have not identified or confirmed the suspect's name.

The standoff, which included several sessions of a shooting standoff with police, concluded after well over five hours.

123 law enforcement officers across local, county, state, and federal agencies were involved.

The suspect brought propane tanks with him into the Planned Parenthood building, along with a "long gun."

They're congratulating the C.S. cops for doing such a good job. But why? 3 dead, 5 cops shot.

Couldn't they have killed this shooter before he did this much damage? He could shoot so many cops and they could not get a shot at him?

I could easily believe he was simply tricked by Republican Party propaganda into believing all the bad things about Planned Parenthood...like that they're not just killing babies, but also keeping the aborted babies alive to harvest organs. When you have crazy propaganda like that, some few will fall for it, and some fewer out of that will act on it.
