Political Compass type recommendations?

The Political Compass has been around for a while, and only changed a little over the years.

Is there a better one that measures more axes? Or something similar. I'm surprised we don't have a sticky thread with some analyses by lpetrich already (is that too subtle?) . I pretty much know where I land on the PC axes, and it seems I go further and further into the proverbial corner every year.

I wouldn't call it subtle so much as historically accurate.

I mean, there actually used to be one. It was probably a sticky. And I seem to remember discussions of other tools than the standard PC, too. I seem to also remember someone had posted comparisons and analyses and it could have been lpetrich who did so.
