Right-wing cable news network files $10 million defamation lawsuit against Rachel Maddow

Another loser lawsuit by a phony free-speechist right winger. These snowflakes can't handle criticism and so whine to courts to make the world a safe space for them, but end up wasting their (grifted) money getting foisted on free speech, god bless america.

There's been a string of these. Covington kids (dumbass parents), Devin Nunes, Laura Loomer, Gavin McInnes, Joe Arpaio.

Adding to the glut of the right wing PC police officers with unscrupulous lawyers, is Alex Jones, one of the least defamable persons ever.

And then there's the humble genius Scott Adams, who is threatening to sue over a twitter insult.

And he can win any case, because he's a trained hypnotist.

Oh yeah, and there's Rudy of course.

Giuliani threatens to sue Democratic Fox News guest for libel: 'Shut up, moron!' | TheHill

Free speech is a bitch.

Yawn. This becoming an institutionalized attention-seeking tactic for anyone wanting to amplify their own voice; find someone with a REALLY loud voice and posture yourself as an equal by suing or threatening to sue them. Wake me up when court is in session.

"For her to exaggerate the facts and call OAN Russian propaganda was consistent with her tone up to that point, and the court finds a reasonable viewer would not take the statement as factual given this context," Bashant wrote. "The context of Maddow's statement shows reasonable viewers would consider the contested statement to be opinion."
She was saved by "opinion defense" it seems.
Cool, I think Alfa Bank should issue their opinion of her too.

The OANN lawsuit was dismissed a month ago.

And one of Devin Nunes's several malicious and frivolous lawsuits was heaved out of court today.

Rep. Devin Nunes can’t sue Twitter over statements by fake cow, judge rules - Los Angeles Times

Nunes. Worried about the opinion of a cow.

Well, the cow gave a mooving speech!

WaPo should file to have Nunes legally denominated as a vexatious litigant.
All i can think of is Alton Brown's recent threats. "I've got three cans of Duncan-Heinz frosting and four feet of garden hose! You wanna dance?" Seems more appropriate than tying up courts for this shit.

More Republicans fail in court trying to stifle free speech.
