https://patribotics.blog/2017/05/14...ictment-granted-against-donald-trump/Separate sources with links to the intelligence and justice communities have stated that a sealed indictment has been granted against Donald Trump.
While it is understood that the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution means that, until Mr. Trump is impeached, he cannot be prosecuted, sources say that the indictment is intended by the FBI and prosecutors in the Justice Department to form the basis of Mr. Trump’s impeachment. The indictment is, perhaps uniquely, not intended or expected to be used for prosecution, sources say, because of the constitutional position of the President.

Page is broken. Might I have another?

The grand jury story was first posted by Democratic political insider Claude Taylor, who got it from an inside source. The story was then confirmed by Republican political insider Rick Wilson, who had gotten it from his own sources on the opposite side of the aisle. Now Taylor says two sources are confirming to him that “there are at least two sealed indictments.” (link). He goes on to state that his source hasn’t told him whom the indictments are aimed at, but that his own guesses are Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort. So where does this leave things?

------

Or maybe not!

Sounds like bs. Not buying it till real confirmation.

Allegedly these people breaking the "story" broke some earlier stuff. Granted, they don't mention the misses either.

Likewise, I'm extremely hesitant to believe this without hearing it from NY Times, Washington Post, or NPR. Honestly, unless there is damning evidence (collusion with Russia... which would be an impeachable offense or connection to Money Laundering with the Russia Mob... ie how Trump gets his loans), I can't see the FBI jumping so "soon". It would be noted that those two issues would have been before he was elected, meaning he would be prosecutible. I just don't see much where he has committed crimes (in addition to ethical shit with his company, obstructing justice, and witness tampering) during his administration. It has only been 115 or so days.

Regardless of whether this is real or not, how many of you think Trump is likely to finish his first term in office without being impeached, assassinated, or quitting the job?

I'm really starting to doubt he makes it 4 years. I'm starting to doubt he makes it 1 year at this rate.

I hate to say this, but, Cheetolini's chances of finishing the 4 years are very good.

But, we are 17 years overdo for a good assassination attempt...:):D:cool:

Just saying.

It hasn't even been 5 months in office and Trump has already done a few things that are questionable.
1) Allegedly ceding control of his companies, but not actually doing it
2) Fired acting Attorney General over Flynn communications
3) Fired FBI Director over Russia Investigation
4) The whole Trump - Nunes obstruction thing

Not even 5 months!

According to Rassmussen, those who strongly disapprove of him in office is about 18 points higher than those that strongly approve of him. And some Republicans are slowly asking questions too. People like Sen. Jeff Flake.

But you saw the manilla folders with reams of paper in them!

2) Fired acting Attorney General over Flynn communications
But he lied to Mike Pence! Even though Mike pence knew it was a lie and did nothing!

3) Fired FBI Director over Russia Investigation
It was not because of the investigation it was because he screwed over Hillary!

4) The whole Trump - Nunes obstruction thing
Trump is not interfering in her fight

From Meet the Press this past Sunday. (I found it very entertaining.):
CHUCK TODD:
Joining me now is Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina. Senator, welcome back to Meet the Press. Boy, I have you laughing. I assume it's dark comedy.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
Why did I agree to do this?

CHUCK TODD:
Oh, because you're a glutton for punishment sir. Welcome.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
Thank you.

...
CHUCK TODD:
You have been looking at the President's finances. The president has made a big deal that he--

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
Right.

CHUCK TODD:
--sent you a certified letter from his accountant, which all that means is you signed for it and that's fine.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
Right.

CHUCK TODD:
But why does it ma-- in this case, shouldn't you want to see the tax returns from one of these LLCs that run a golf course? For instance, there's this report out there in North Carolina that the Trump National Golf Course may have been financed with Russian money. That's not going to be in the President's tax return, that's going to be in that LLC of Trump National in Charlotte that has that. Are you going to be able to get your hands on those records?

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
I have yet to find any evidence of improper business dealings between the Trump organization and Russia regarding the election or anything else. However, if you can show me there is reason for that to-- there's a suspicion of that, then we need to get financial documents. I just can't--

CHUCK TODD:
But have you seen those records?

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
--ask for documents unless I have a reason. But the president should turn over his tax returns. He should do that. I don't have a reason to subpoena them. If I get that reason, I'll do it. But he should turn over his tax returns.

CHUCK TODD:
Right.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
He should do that now.

CHUCK TODD:
All tax returns, not just his personal but these LLCs? Because that's where this could be. It's not going to be in his tax return, if there's anything there.

SENATOR LINDSEY GRAHAM:
If you can show me that we need to do that, I will do it. I can't say on television, based on your question, that's a good idea. But I'm open-minded to all things Russia. The bottom line is I think Russia tried to affect our election, undermine our democracy. I want them to pay a price. I have yet to find collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.
...

ETA: SNL's Weekend Update with commentary by Cathy Anne (Cecily Strong) was pretty good too. She says (paraphrased) that "the only thing congress should be looking for is some backbone. They're not stupid. And why are we paying a million dollars a day just so Melania doesn't have to sleep in the same bed as Trump?" Wow!

I am skeptical about the existence of a sealed indictment. There could be something sealed, but not quite an indictment yet instead. If this gets reported in NY Times, Washington Post, or similar, then I'd be more prone to believe it, looking at the evidence.

^^^ that

(but oh boy do I wish it to be true!)

I keep scanning the MSM sites looking for confirmation, but so far nada. Instead we get new bizarreness. Trump tells classified info to the Russians. And refuses to read national security memos, even though they are now only one page long. Meanwhile his closest staff members have loud screaming arguments behind closed doors.

(but oh boy do I wish it to be true!)

To me it is starting to look like the Republicans in congress are acting as a dam, while the evidence is piling up behind them. Sure, they can deny firing Comey had to do with the Russian investigation, even in the face Trump saying so. But if Trump is ever brought before a court, then everything behind that dam is going to come crashing down. I've heard people asking why is it taking so long to get rid of him? Well, don't know when it will start, but when it happens it will likely go fast.

At least MMA works according to rules of fairness.

A paper wall doesn't come crashing down. All I see the volume turned up but no concrete indicative evidence. This is indicative of possible hysteria as previous attempts have failed. (This last one is just a theory).
