Presumably, any suicide vest a terrorist (regardless of their affiliation) might be wearing would have been removed before their arrival at the hospital. Care to try again?
You think there isn't anything dangerous in an emergency room???
I am sure a known terrorist would be subject to the same scrutiny, or more, as a convicted criminal in an emergency room, and would be either sedated, strapped to a gurney, or both.
Not to mention the possibility of internal explosives.
Perhaps you can inform me as to the last time a terrorist conducted an attack using an internal explosive, outside of a Hollywood movie, or TV series, that is.
Israel is very careful about how they accept the surrender of Hamas and Hezbollah fighters, up to and including killing those who won't strip.
Which should mean that by the time they reach a hospital for medical treatment, the danger they pose would be no more than any other criminal, or terrorist from any other organization.
