Congress has the power of the purse. Congress passed the legislation and Mr. Trump signed the bill. So you should be as grateful to every member of the House of Representatives and the Senate who voted in favor of the stimulus bill as you are to Mr. Trump.

Hell of a first post. Gave credit to the wrong branch of government. Called the pandemic "horrible and terrifying", while SCROTUS claimed it was a hoax. You should know that Congress wrote and passed the bill. The Constitution gives them the power of the purse.
