Well, there's your problem!
You're not looking to establish a truth through debate, you're just looking to win all debates.
This would work pretty well for creationists.
When (they) bring up _science_ = discredit science as a means to determine facts.
In case of authorities= quote Einstein.
If they say 'evidence' = mention Hovind's challenge

And so on...
