Huh? How is that about subverting an election? They're not talking about interfering with voting or with a coup. Remember, the right is trying to subvert this election, that appears to be organizing a protest against the subversion. For example, attempts to stop the ballot counting. (Especially relevant in states that don't count absentee ballots until election day. His Flatulence wants to stop them from counting after the election also--meaning they simply don't have enough time to count the much higher than normal number of absentee ballots they got this year.)

Just to make things clear I-287... the new replacement for the Tappen Zee Bridge, located at the absolute worst part of the river to get outside the legal authority limits of the NY Port Authority is a substantial thurway. To block lanes on that for a political whatever the fuck they want to call it is unimaginably thoughtless. You have to be a narcissistic asshole to block I-287 over the Hudson.

At least these people weren't blocking a highway, but certainly getting in the way.

Instead of casting early ballots, some Stark County voters changed their plans over the weekend after a bullhorn filled the air around the Board of Elections with what they heard as racial harangues.

Some of the voters also saw it as intimidation. But there is a careful balance with the right to free speech.

A YouTube video shows a half dozen men standing near a pick up truck with a Trump sign bordering the highway in front of the Stark County Board of Elections on Saturday. They are surrounded by Trump flags, as a man using a bullhorn speaks over the traffic.

Lots of people live or work across that bridge. By shutting down traffic on that bridge, they can disrupt traffic through and around the city itself.

Having interned in Norwalk, CT, I'm very well aware of how traffic on that bridge (back then the Tappen Zee) affects traffic EVERYWHERE around it. I remember learning that if it was stormy, just grabbing a snack before getting on the highway to go back into the city after work. Still, I doubt anyone is voting on the other side from where they live.

What sort of asshole even comes up with that type of plan?

Eliazar Cisneros says he was the man in the black truck seen tailing closely behind the Biden bus in footage that has gone viral on social media. During the video, the truck and a white car belonging to a Biden staffer collide, with the truck slamming the car into the other lane.

Odd, though, that black folks "armed" with knives, toy guns, and the like are shot freely and immediately by police, while white folks march around "armed" with high-powered rifles, machetes, and so forth somehow are arrested without incident, even when glaring at elected officials, marching around screeching about "the Jews", and so forth.

(Also odd how often this is true of people who the cops have been told clearly are having mental health crises, and actually simply need medical care to calm them down, rather than cops shouting commands and threats while pointing guns at the person)

I do. In most cases it is an unarmed black guy that has sometimes done something dumb (though in other cases not so much). In some cases where there was legitimate police force, those protests disappear quick.
