Trump’s DoJ Ordered to Spy on Democrats

I should have known given how outraged he when he found out that Obama wire tapppped his totally legal campaign. The louder he complains about something, the more likely the cunt did it himself.

Is this lower than deliberately downplaying the danger of a very deadly pandemic and politicizing the whole issue by causing millions to also not take the pandemic seriously?
 
Here's what we learned, or shoulda learned from 2016-present: democracy is not that robust an institution, not that foolproof a system, not that cemented, bolted, and buttressed as a structure. It can be strangled. You put a few cronies in at key locations, you close the door on inspections, you cut a few connecting lines (this was referred to as 'ignoring precedents' or 'doing away with the norms' in The Donald Years), you make outrageous lies into the coin of everyday political discourse, and you can kill the thing. Our right wing, as currently corrupted in the Trump mold, is toxic to democracy. This is a party that would have been happy to install Trump as an unelected emperor. As for this week's story: we've only seen as much of the berg as Titanic's lookouts saw, so far. Who doubts that the story will get gorier and even more squalid -- and a lot stupider and streaked with untreated mental illness -- as the secrets come out.
 
Democracy is not the problem.

Lack of education is a problem.

The ability to disseminate disinformation is a problem.

Top down democracy is a problem.

Child abuse in the form of widespread religious indoctrination is a problem.

Our education is geared to supply the needs of the corporate world.

Not for democracy.

A corporation is an anti-democratic institution.

A dictatorship in form and control.

A lack of democracy gives us uneducated people.
 
Let's continue to be grateful that I am not sitting in the Oval Office. I'd be livid with rage and ending any chance for reconciliation. Maybe the avuncular Joe Biden humoring hypocrites and racists is the best hope to salvage America. Still, it would please to see some top official "grow some balls" and wreak vengeance on some criminals.

The Ds supposedly control the Senate. Why did they give veto control to the hate-filled Liars? Tradition? A naive belief that the GOP is worthy of respect? Is this again Joe Manchin's doing?

If Joe Manchin insists on sabotaging the U.S. Senate, just ignore that body. Let the House or DoJ issue subpoenas. Or some Assistant D.A. in Oshkosh. IANAL, but I thought subpoenas were not difficult.

Color me irrational but I seem to form in my mind this inner circle of individuals quite nearly impervious to prosecution. And should our legal system have no other recourse but to punish to something beyond a stern finger wag, that punishment for this inner circle is akin to suffering eighteen months at a Holiday Inn Express. Yes, we’re talking lumpy pillows.

I don’t recall if it was here, but I had a discussion early on in the Nazi administration. When Orange Judas began making noises about being “spied on” I stated that I’d bet the farm he was spying on political opponents using every executive branch resource.
So yeah, this is the tip of the well known (to anyone who has been paying attention) iceberg. The shocked and surprised posturing strikes me as just as phony and cynical as Trump’s patriotism.
 
Let's make a list of everything Trump and his cult have accused Democrats of. That will be the list of crimes actually committed by Trump and the GQP.
