Gee. Who could've seen this coming? And Giuliani lied too? Oh, the shock and horror at these two noble men being less than rigorously honest must have conservatives rendered into a state of deep introspection and even shame.

A newly obtained document shows President Donald Trump signed a letter of intent to move forward with negotiations to build a Trump Tower in Russia, despite his attorney Rudy Giuliani claiming on Sunday the document was never signed.

CNN's Chris Cuomo obtained a copy of the signed letter of intent that set the stage for negotiations for Trump condominiums, a hotel and commercial property in the heart of Moscow. The letter is dated October 28, 2015, and bears the President's signature.
When asked on Sunday about the letter, Giuliani incorrectly told CNN's Dana Bash that it had not been signed.
"It was a real estate project. There was a letter of intent to go forward, but no one signed it," Giuliani told Bash.
The non-binding document is also signed by Andrey Rozov, owner of I.C. Expert Investment Co., the Russian firm that would have been responsible for developing the property.

Rozov is a sleazy Russian developer who, when driving his boat in a reckless manner, ended up killing someone, but was subsequently pardoned by the Russian government. He's also been accused of abandoning projects once the properties were already sold and paid for by buyers.

Sure, all this could've gone in the Russia thread, but the stink of Trump's corruption is intensifying. How long can conservatives in the Senate continue to ignore the turd glued right beneath their noses?

Maybe they love the smell of turd in the morning, smells like victory.

Well, He told an untruth. But there's no telling whether he knew The Truth at the time and purposefully prevaricated.

Trump seems to think that reality is based on what he pays his lawyers to make reality be. So, maybe Guli just had bad information.

But that's not actually 'in defense' of the man. The more he finds that his job is to spread untruths, whether or not he knew at the time, the scummier he tends to look.

When Trump was video taped with the piece of toilet paper stuck to the bottom of his shoe I half expected his supporters to start sporting the same as a statement of pride in their leader.

It's just shocking that its all lies.

I know, right! I was so certain that these were the nice kind of racist-traitors!

That Cuomo guy has really risen as a star hasn't he? Keep seeing him and he does a pretty ok job. How long as he been around? Only noticed him the past year or so.
