Oh my fun! You gotta watch the first 25 seconds of this review.
Clarification: MovieBob used to be a libertarian until he started watching Rachel Maddow's TV shows.
Before he was a libertarian who had surprisingly empathic arguments about racism, misogyny, etc. Now he has been moving steadily to the left, but still has a few holdover libertarian attitudes (he argued that the reason Trump voters are hurting economically is because they failed to pull themselves up by the bootstraps instead of acknowledging the damage done to our economy by decades of supply side Reaganomics pushed by both parties). Out of all the people claiming to be "socially liberal, but economically conservative," Bob is probably one of the few people who can say that about themselves accurately (whereas most corporatist establishment Democrats who say the same are merely giving lip-service to social justice issues while their votes suggest that they are fine with the inequalities that exist).
So it might not be accurate to call him libertarian anymore, but he still has what are undeniably libertarian attitudes leftover.
Anyway, the first 25 seconds of the above is hilarious in the context that he is effectively making fun of Brad Bird's libertarianism from the perspective of another libertarian (or former libertarian, or person with libertarian tendencies, or however you want to describe Bob's political views).
Somebody give Brad a hug!
