West Virginia police officer lost his job after not shooting a distraught gunman

You are the one making it a racial issue. I don't care what color she is.
Funny, how you keep saying that but your answers in these situation are literally colored by the color of the skin of the participants. Why is that do you think?
1) She chose the engagement.

2) Even that didn't do it, she wouldn't have been charged if she didn't come after him again. You're afraid for your life being around someone and you then go after him a few days later??
She was trapped in the house with man who had a history of beating her and who had just threatened to kill her. According to your well documented posting history, any white person or police officer is allowed to kill anyone if they feel threatened no matter how ridiculous threat may be.

You didn't address either of my points.

What you stated about the situation was in no way a rebuttal of the problems with her actions I pointed out.
I understand that you cannot accept your "problems" were rebutted. But that does not make your denial any more valid.

This makes your rebuttal no more valid.
I agree. It was valid the first time. Repeating it does not make it more valid. Just like repeating your content-free illogical denials does not make the logical or valid.

Last week a local sheriff's deputy made the front page for not shooting an armed man whom he tailed because the subject was "acting suspiciously". Suspect got out of his car in a wilderness area near a housing development. Suspect refused to stop walking, or to drop his weapon. The Deputy didn't try to stop him (no backup nearby) until he started approaching some houses. Not clear on exactly how it went down but the subject ended tased and apprehended, no shots fired, no blood, no panicked residents...
Sometimes shootouts are NOT the solution.
