Adults have been terrified at the prospect of children's inability to detect fiction for a long time.

When many of those children are legally adults, and/or have access to firearms, this fear is probably justified.

There's a reason our soldiers shout "Geronimo!" or "Yippee Ki Yay, Motherfucker!" on the kinds of occassions when their forefathers would have shouted "St George!" or "Deus Lo Volt!"

And the reason that is so terrifying is simple.

During Trump's first administration he and Team Trump had to consider re-election. In next administration there will not even be that much constraints.

Also, he wasn't certain that he wanted it the first time. Now he's all in. Other than trying to fuck his own daughter, it's probably the only thing Trump has done in his life that he's actually put something resembling effort into.
