What music are you listening to right now? (Warning: Lotsa videos)

No video...but at the moment I'm listening to "Annie's Song" by John Denver.

What a wonderful song by a wonderful artist.

Another great song...

I got to catch her just about the very moment when she was breaking big. It was at a festival and she'd been booked as one of the "baby acts" when the show was being put together.

By the time she arrived this song was a huge hit, and her team were not quite ready. She showed up at our tent for the interview, and after we talked she went out to greet the fans, and there were way more than anybody was prepared for. Hundreds of people crowding the tent and the little stage we had set up. Deana just wanted to meet the people but there was a brief moment when we all kind of realized that if we didn't do something somebody was going to get hurt, so she was whisked off quickly and the next artist interview was done behind the tent...this 14 year old singer named Leann Rimes.

This has some similarities in the synth sound to old video games, Genesis from 1975-7 and one part (Swingin' Spathiphyllums) sounds like the intro to "Fly like an Eagle"

Witchfinder General's Death Penalty album. Not for everybody, but I like the rich sound of the lead instrumental (I assume guitar of some fashion but am not astute enough to pick out which exactly.)

Their other albums are kind of meh though.

feels like what would happen if a prog rock musician and his kit were sent back to medieval village.
