I'm not Fermi, so I better explain myself.
I'm not talking about extrasolar life.
I'm talking about the millions of people who discuss ideas and science on the internet. Outside of FB. Where? Do people avoid the net because it is controlled by bots and corporate interests? Do people have so much money that they party all the time and go to awesome orgies? I'm thinking that's what some of the rich do (well, I know some of them do- it's obvious).
Why do I randomly meet people across the continent that I corresponded with 10 years ago about math stuff that I like, unless the people I meet are simply archetypes playing a role?
Am I an archetype?
Like an archetype for a slave to the corrupt who live the good life and keep someone like me around, even though I never get to bang lots of hot chicks while on a lot of drugs? Life's not worth it if I can't do that. It's bullshit.
