• Welcome to the Internet Infidels Discussion Board.

Who said politics in Russia is boring?

If you want to be understood, then it is your obligation to show the connection and make yourself understood. More importantly, if you want to be both understood and believed, it is your obligation to provide sources (i.e. links to reputable articles) that back up your assertions.
I did that, the guy just keep repeating "It does not make eny sense, therefore Theory of evolution is wrong", he goes even further - to claim that facts which are accepted by even guilty party did not happen, basically he denies everything that does not feet his feeble mind does not like.
Here's a different story that makes more sense:

1. Pelevina and Kasyanov are dirty politicians opposing the dirty Putin regime.
2. The Putin regime spied on them and found some dirt.
3. The Putin regime exposed that dirt and spun it for maximum effect.
What makes this an interesting story?
Your stupid interpretation does not explain camera-pen.

Is it your contention that there is only one camera pen in the world?
Is it your contention that half of the people secretly record other people with illegal video equipment?
Yes, that kind of equipment is illegal in Russia.
If she was known to have used a camera pen to record previous interactions, it would be a simple thing to use a comparable camera pen to record this interaction and make it seem like she was the one recording it.
It's factory maid and pretty distinctly looking pen, and she did not deny having it.

Well, we know she was funded by McCain's fund for some democracy and stuff. You are really weird in your desire to discuss irrelevant details.

We know Putin said that but he blames everything on the US whether it's true or not.
What he says is irrelevant here, what is relevant is that US is funding that scum, and all Putin does is just points his finger at it and his rating gets higher and rating of the "opposition" lower. Great job State Department!

That's your problem, not mine.
If you want me to believe you it's your problem.
Their conversations on the video, that's a fact.
Kasyanov admitting being a thief, that's afact.

But these "facts" don't fit together into a story that means anything.
It does not make it non fact. Also, your complain does not make any sense.
My complaint is that your story doesn't make any sense see below.
You failed to explain your complains. You merely nonsensically repeat your stupid claim.
I told you to "see below." Then at the bottom of the post I explained the lack of sense your story makes. Learn some patience.
What that piece of shit says in the video fits perfectly with his reputation.
What fits perfectly?
What he says.
You are not being helpful at all.
The part where he says that Putin and his cronies are bigger thieves than he is?
That's not what he said.
That's what you told me he said. Were you lying? Or were you failing to communicate.
What does his reputation have to do with anything? What is his reputation?
His reputation of corrupted piece of shit. And I think it has something to do with something, unless you don't care if politicians you are voting for are corrupted pieces of shit.
What does his reputation have to do with this story you are trying to spin?
Where do these facts cast negative light on the US or the West the way you insist that it does?
Because West/US supports that motherfucker!
Evidence please!
Evidence of what? That US supports these people?
You can request this information from the State Department, I am sure they will gladly provide you the data. It's open.
I'm not the one making a claim. YOU go get that evidence and present it! You can do it! You are the one who wants me to believe it!
Who told you the US supports these guys? Was it possibly Putin's propaganda machine?
I highly doubt that US State Department is working for Putin propaganda.
Then go get the US State Department to say they support these guys and post it here!
I'm pretty sure Obama has learned George W. Bush's lesson that just because you don't like the guy in charge that doesn't mean that you'll like the guy who replaces him any better.

Here is your story as I understand it:

1. John McCain wants either Pelevina or Kasyanov or both to defeat Putin: No evidence.
2. John McCain pays Pelevina to... What?
Yes, that's an undeniable and more importantly non surprising fact.
Your remarkable denseness tells me that you are not well educated in the topic. Until very recently majority of the funding came from Washington.
Funding for WHAT? Where is the evidence this funding exists? I need evidence! You refuse to present it! Until you do I have no reason to believe you!

a)Defeat Putin? She's already trying to do that.
No, she is doing that because she is paid to do that.
Are you sure she doesn't want to defeat Putin all by herself? Where's the evidence?
b)Get dirt on Kasyanov? Kasyanov is her ally aganst Putin. Why do that?
c)Make sex tapes? Why?
d)Some thing else? What is it?
Also: No evidence.
3. Pelevina has sex with and has a dirty discussion with Kasyanov on tape.: OK :)
4. Pelevina records the sex and the discussion. Why? Isn't she working with Kasyanov? What is the point making a tape that could bury her if it is exposed? Also: No evidence.
5. Pelevina gives the sex tape to the FSB: Why? It will hurt her and Kasyanov and help Putin. Also: No evidence.
6. FSB broadcasts the sex tape to discredit the opposition party: OK :)

Do you see all my "What? and Why?" questions above?
It just doesn't make any sense!
I am under no obligation to provide you a thought process of that bitch. She could be insane for all I care.
If you want me to believe your story you need to offer SOME reasonable motive for her to act the way you claim she is acting. Do you think she is literally insane? Should she be seeing psychiatrist? How did she end up at the top of a Political organization if she is actually insane?
But if you insist then you should start with yourself and explain thought process in the head of Sarah Palin, another McCain friend, or Saakashvili, friend of McCain too.
I can explain the motives of McCain in choosing Palin and the motives of Palin for acting the way she does. Neither explanation requires insanity. But these stories don't belong in this bizarre thread about Russian politics.

Your stupid interpretation does not explain camera-pen.
The camera-pen doesn't need an explanation. As stated by KeepTalking ANYONE can use a camera pen.

You don't even have any evidence the video was shot with a camera-pen. It could have been a camera-clock. Or a camera watch. Or a cell-phone. Or something else!
Complete and utter nonsense and repeated bullshit. I answered all your questions a million times.

I answered everything. You just claim I have not.

The only link you provided in this thread was the one in the OP, which does not support any of those assertions you made.

You have provided no sources for your claims. You expect us to believe it just because you said it?

You demand links for something that should be known by anyone who dares to take part in this discussion.
I am honestly flabbergasted by your apparent ignorance.
US officials has repeatedly and proudly proclaimed how much money they spend on "democracy" in Ukraine, Russia and other countries they think need more democracy (Saudi Arabia is not included)
It's absolutely open information. It's been discussed on this very forum.

That's a first two googles on McCain and NED fund.
He is your fucking senator, not mine, you should know him better.

interesting part:

NED no longer gives out information about its grantees in Russia, describing only the subject areas of grants due to the harassment of its grantees by the Russian government
Do you know why is it interesting? Because in US you have to report foreign funding.
So, it seems US thinks it's OK when US does it, but not OK when Russia does the same.

I checked all your links except for this last one in the quote(because the link doesn't work) and none of them mention John McCain OR the "US" paying for or supporting the individuals in this sex tape.

You have failed yet again to offer anything useful.

Your story is based on NOTHING substantial.

No, we are to believe it because the deity Putin said it. He's just preaching the word of Putin, evidence isn't needed for holy writ.

Link #1 is to a site of very questionable accuracy. They accept independent articles without vetting the credibility of the authors. Thus the quality is all over the place.

Link #2 is to a conspiracy site. Any position they support is probably false.

You must be rabid McCain supporter, that's the only explanation for you fixation with "evidence" of McCain fund involved in funding.

Another rabid McCain supporter, or McCain himself.
Do you deny that you, I mean McCain is a good friend of Saakashvili?

Who do you think NED gives money to in Russia?
All russian "non-systemic" "opposition" until recently were funded by US and maybe (I am not sure) a little bit by EU.
Evil Putin made extremely uncomfortable for business to support opposition. Ordinary people donations are scarce and all go to Navalny.
Same was true with Ukraine. these Maidan people were funded by US. US not only does not deny it, they proudly proclaim how many billions have been given to promote democracy in Ukraine.
None of this is a revelation to anybody in Russia. This is very ordinary, unremarkable and hardly excite ourtage in Russia.

You are being ridiculously dense. Soros & Co have been throwing money since the end Soviet Union. I myself have got few bucks from Soros, indirectly

I don't have to be a McCain supporter to insist on evidence to support claims. You should not be surprised by this. Read the logo at the top of the page. Read the URL. This website is about talking and freethought.. Freethought is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or other dogma.

You seem quite willing to accept any BS told to you by Putin and his propaganda machine without any supporting evidence. I am not. Claims should be supported by evidence, and conform to reason. Your claims are not supported by evidence and do not conform to reason.

And for your information, I had the chance to vote for McCain one time in my life, but I voted for a different candidate.
