Why is Gary Johnson better than Donald Trump?

Putting up with him seems a high price to pay just to get strong support for legalized marijuana, something that appears to be coming along eventually anyway.

Especially when the answer is just north of the border. Who doesn't love PM Martin Trudeau?!

Other than the obvious point Weld isn't a Libertarian, but a Log Cabin Republican, why isn't it Weld - Johnson? Or does the ticket sound too painful?

Gary Johnson is an embarrassment to stoners. He suffers from a lack of curiosity and knows nothing about foreign policy or what's even happening in the rest of the world. First he doesn't know what Aleppo is then he claims he's having an "Aleppo moment" when he can't name a single world leader. He may not be as crazy as Trump but he's nearly as unqualified to be president as Trump.

I agree completely, but I am totally fine with people voting for Gary Johnson instead of Trump :D
 
It would be hard to find someone that wouldn't be better than His Flatulence.

Eyup. Definitely a stoner. We wouldn't have him anywhere near our local communes though. He doesn't bump in to things.

Johnson actually is not an improvement on Trump. They are both singularly in their own way unfit to lead anybody anywhere...much less to lead America.
 
Rumors are floating about that William Weld, Johnson's libertarian running mate is considering dropping out and endorsing Clinton. Apparently he doesn't want to play a role in getting Trump elected. If so, that would leave Gary Johnson with a problem. Wheeeeeeee!
