Wisconin police officer shoots and kills unarmed 19 yr old black man

On Tuesday, Dane County District Attorney Ismael Ozanne said he wasn't going to charge Kenny because he thought the officer's actions were justified. Kenny shot and killed Robinson in an apartment house stairwell after Robinson, who was high on hallucinogenic mushrooms and who already had attacked several people that night, struck the officer in the head.

Ozanne, who is biracial and identifies as black, is Wisconsin's first minority district attorney. He pointed to his racial heritage as he announced he wasn't going to charge Kenny, saying he views Robinson's death through that lens but based his decision on the facts.

Lethal force if the officer's life is in danger and there are no other viable options. This is the bar. Is it that hard to understand?

Liberals argue against this kind of thing because they hate our freedoms. They are not patriotic Real Americans^TM, and want us to live in a communistic society like those Europeans who have cops who hardly ever kill random unarmed citizens. That's why the Euros are living under all those socialist dictatorships while we Americans live in a paradise of freedom.

It's our small government that makes this possible. Those Euros believe in big government, and that's why they're being oppressed by the jack-booted thugs.

He wasn't a "random citizen". He was a suspect who had attacked several people before attacking the cop. And about "unarmed" - if an unarmed person attacks an armed one they can become armed real fast. There is absolutely no justification to defend what Tony Robinson did or to cast aspersions on the police officer defending himself.

What does any of your ranting have to do with the fact that a violent thug who is attacking police being shot by said police is not a crime on part of the police?

But hell, cop haters will protest even when a police officer who shot a thug who was shooting at him is not prosecuted.
