It's a rather stupid tweet.
The basic problem is the people who need it most often can't take it. It's got a long list of drugs that it plays badly with, including several where discontinuing them isn't enough to be safe.

Many drugs have serious incineration. Sometimes not just with drugs with foods.
I have yet to see one. I have seen a few that say it could be a lab leak. I haven't seen anything credible that shows that it is a lab leak.
Paxlovid is far worse than most in the interaction department. The thing it is messes with a particular metabolic pathway, any drug eliminated by that pathway at a minimum needs a big dose adjustment and in many cases there's no safe way to handle it.

You seem to fail to understand the situation. Your first two are not a "proceeded" situation!
This would be a horribly stupid bioweapon, nobody designed it. That does not say that it's impossible that it's of completely natural origin but the lab was studying it (labs do tend to study viruses in the area around them) and somebody got sloppy. Personally, I find this very unlikely as the evidence says to me that there were many infection events of something (never isolated and almost certainly now extinct) with an R0 well below what blew up in Wuhan--the "original" strain is really the first variant.

Nobody said it was bioweapon.
So, we have researchers claiming it was created in the lab with 99.9% certainty.
