Unproven technology. I believe the efficacy of these weapons when they're proven on the battlefield; when there is evidence of successful strikes against Russian targets.

Storm Shadow has passed the acid test, GLSDB hasn't.
 
There has been reporting that Ruski Hitler has had the missile scientists arrested for treason. What's with that? Has our friend barbos addressed the issue. Maybe Ruski Hitler arrested them so he could give them medals in a national ceremony for making such wonderful weapons that are unstoppable. :rolleyes:

Barbos said that this is an old story from last year. However, that was just one scientist, who subsequently died in custody. The current reporting is about new arrests, and it isn't just one of them. Apparently, Supreme Commander Putin thinks that he was misled and lied to. It couldn't possibly have been him bullying people into telling him what he wanted to hear, so that must be what happened.

The upgrades take time. We see what works and what doesn't. And HIMARS has done a good job of hammering your logistics. You have responded by moving the depots beyond HIMARS range but that really reduces the throughput.

That is not what these missiles are for. Ukraine has displayed great competence in tracking down munitions depots, command centers and barrack and obliterating them with misiiles. Destroying Russian artillery batteries, bridges and Russian Missile launchers. This leaves the hapless Mobiks short of supplies as they fail in their human wave attacks.

And it's not just about destroying the supplies, but forcing them to switch from trains to trucks farther from the front. Double the distance and you halve their ability to deliver supplies.
