For those who say that Iran isn't supporting terrorism

I don't think its a secret that Iran aids Hezbollah (they're both Shiites after all) but it is assisting Assad (along with Hezbollah) against the Islamic State. A bit blurry here.

Who ever said that Iran doesn't support terrorists?

Iran supports terrorists who attack Israel, and Israel supports terrorists that attack Iran. It is just like how the USA and USSR used to be. I expect that supporting terrorism will come back to bite both Israel and Iran, just as it did the USA and (former) USSR.

In Syria where he was working with an ally for the Assad regime.*

Just how is that supporting terrorism?

*Thanks Trausti

It still means Iran and Hezbollah were working together at a pretty high level.

It also means Iran is supporting Syria, something else that has been denied on here.

What if the Palestinians had drones and sent one to kill an Israeli leader?
They didn't kill a Syrian "leader'. They killed a few Hezbollah terrorists and Iranian Revolutionary Guard soldiers and officers who were working with them in the field, likely planning an attack against Israel.
Daily Mail said:
Senior Iranian and Hezbollah figures killed in an airstrike in Syria this weekend were likely planning an 'imminent' attack on Israel, security sources have claimed.
Six Iranian army chiefs died alongside five Hezbollah militants after an Israeli helicopter fired rockets at a convoy in the Golan Heights region on Sunday.
Iran and Hezbollah are planning 'imminent' joint invasion of Israel's northern Galilee region according to 'high level intelligence'

Deploying a drone against IDF soldiers would not be terrorism, but Palestinians prefer softer targets like school buses.

Dude ... Israelis are white. Only evil people kill them.
They are as white as Syrians.

I see no perceptible difference in hue, although within both groups there are differences in tone.
But when were facts ever allowed to interfere with a good race-baiting argument by the Left?

Alleged terrorists.

So all IDF soldiers are fair game and legitimate targets?

How come when Palestinians kidnap Israeli soldiers this is called terrorism by Israel?

Alleged terrorists.
No, actual terrorists.

So all IDF soldiers are fair game and legitimate targets?
The ones engaged in actual soldiering.

You are evading. Explain again why killing Hezbollah and Iranian Revolutionary Guards was a "war crime".

You're the one evading.

You have no evidence these people were terrorists. They were only alleged terrorists.

Using the logic already in this thread, if this general was helping Assad and Assad is fighting ISIS then Israel is supporting ISIS by killing their enemies ergo Isreal is in league with the most viscious terrorists in the world currently.

How is it a war crimes to kill combatants?
Not to go all Inigo Montoya on you, but that word you keep using ...

What if the Palestinians had drones and sent one to kill an Israeli leader?

Would that be terrorism?

No. Leaders are a valid target in wartime.

If the drone pretended to be civilian it would be a war crime, though.

It's called terrorism because they make a specific effort to capture them for ransom, this isn't an ordinary prisoner of war situation.

Hezbollah are terrorists. We don't need proof that any given member of Hezbollah is a terrorist.

Yeah, you really do. Collective responsibility for crimes is morally untenable. You could just as well say "Humans are terrorists. We don't need proof that any given member of Humanity is a terrorist.", and then arrest anyone you feel like. While I understand that this is quite a common practice, it is nevertheless morally bankrupt.
