I guess I was saying the same. I don’t dwell in their sphere, so the level of vitriol their comments showed above surprise me as totally out of line with anything that Jill Biden did.
An oft-repeated thing I've seen on many comment sections is what GOP stands for now: Gaslight Obstruct Project.I marvel at the right wing's projection of great villainy on President Biden. He strikes me as essentially a competent administrator or bureaucrat and not much more.
Much like how the right wing depicted Bill Clinton and Barack Obama as extreme left-wing ogres, even though both of them were more centrist than anything else, much like Joe Biden himself.
I marvel at the credulousness of drooling RW morons who lap up Republicans’ vitriolic BS, in complete ignorance of the complete vacuity of the accusations their “leaders” fling about.I marvel at the right wing's projection of great villainy on President Biden.
You left out that George Soros paid for the whole thing and it was his idea. I've read that so it must be true.An oft-repeated thing I've seen on many comment sections is what GOP stands for now: Gaslight Obstruct Project.I marvel at the right wing's projection of great villainy on President Biden. Take, for example, this gem from Trump at his latest rally:

The GOP (and affiliated media): "Many are wondering if President Joe Biden has the mental acuity to continue in his role. He clearly is showing signs of early onset dementia. Why won't someone on the left point this out?"
Then of course there's the campaign to impeach him on the basis that he's some sort of super-criminal for (checks notes) maybe making some money when he was out of office. Meanwhile, a recent report showed that Trump wiped his enormous backside with the Emoluments Clause, doing millions of dollars in business with foreign companies. And as far as Hunter and "the Big Guy," again...all happened when "the Big Guy" was in between executive branch gigs, and Hunter was never in the White House as anything other than a visitor. Ivanka? Sitting at her desk in the White House making deals for her company with business interests in China.
And I'm willing to bet that anyone commenting on social media yesterday about the attack on the Capitol was immediately met with a right winger/Trump supporter bemoaning the fact that BLM and Antifa completely burned down both Portland and Seattle in the course of one long summer of nationwide left-wing violence.
You left out that George Soros paid for the whole thing and it was his idea. I've read that so it must be true.
This was not an isolated example. I am at the point where I should just run the other way when I hear an American accent. "Same-same" is almost the universal attitude, even from a black American man who described himself as a "news junkie." I suppose most of the "Same-same" crowd doesn't vote at all; but some probably do vote for QOPAnon but are still sentient enough to realize that admitting this would make them look like dolts.
So for context;I've no doubt Fox Bimbo said something hilariously stupid, but not being up on Star {Trek,Wars} lore, and not having an X account, I don't know what it was.
Trek is super woke. Back in the early 60's it had episodes dealing with racism, class inequality, anti-war, ableism, etc.. The Next Generation in the 90's had an episodes about gender, a couple about religion, and plenty more.I've no doubt Fox Bimbo said something hilariously stupid, but not being up on Star {Trek,Wars} lore, and not having an X account, I don't know what it was.

Before the 2024 Oklahoma legislative sessions begin, thousands of bills will be filed, and most will never come close to becoming law.
One Oklahoma lawmaker, Rep. Justin Humphrey, R-Lane, decided to file a bill targeting "furries," or people in a subculture interested in anthropomorphic animal characters, in Oklahoma schools.
What does Oklahoma House Bill 3084 say?
Humphrey's bill, House Bill 3084, would ban "students who purport to be an imaginary animal or animal species, or who engage in anthropomorphic behavior commonly referred to as furries at school" from participating in class and school activities.
The bill would require parents or guardians to pick the student up from school.
But, if parents are unable to pick the student up, the bill says "animal control services shall be contacted to remove the student."
And unicorns must sleep in the stables rather than the inn.![]()

Stanley Drinkware & Gear | Bottles, Tumblers, Growlers & More – Stanley 1913I've been struck, for instance, by this bizarre and sudden freakout over the Stanley cup — not the hockey trophy, but the thermos that has suddenly become a hot commodity among lady influencers and their legions of fans. As Daniela Pierre-Bravo at MSNBC documented, the Stanley Quencher model has been around since 2016, but exploded in popularity after three online influencers convinced the company "to start marketing to women for the first time." The campaign focused on moms by highlighting that it's a great way to caffeinate and hydrate while driving kids around to soccer games and, oh yeah, it's dishwasher-safe.
But of course women can't simply enjoy something, even something so innocent as a water bottle, without it kicking off a massive moral panic. We're now deluged with scare stories about how the cups are dangerous (they're not) and sensationalist stories about how women are going too far in their enthusiasm for the cups. "Saturday Night Live" even had a sketch about the "big dumb cups" that went viral despite being only mildly funny.
So I guess Trump is going to be extra subtle and release Trump Watermelon and Trump Fried Chicken as well.
