Yeah. Trump is right about everything. Everything! The signs are everywhere. My neighbor has one in his front yard and he too is right about everything. Everything!
 
SCOTUS will decide if most of Trump’s tariffs are legal. As a thought experiment, let’s say Trump’s thugs fail to sufficiently intimidate and threaten the SCOTUS justices and they reach a reasonable finding that the law should apply and Trump needs congressional approval to impose tariffs.

What would happen?

Do the illegal tariffs magically go away overnight?
If that’s the case the markets would instantly go bananas, at least for a day or few.
I suspect Trump would be fine with that, as long as Thomas or Alito tipped him off in advance so he could triple his wealth on futures. He’s not an ideologue, just a greedy ignorant pig, after all.
Or would the decision have no teeth to rectify Trump’s illegal actions unless Congress was to specifically revoke the tariffs in question?

My question is “does Rump need to answer” if the SCROTUS declares the tariffs illegal, or do they just go away instantly?
The question may be moot due to a treasonous conspiracy of Republican Rumpsuckers, but at least hypothetically it’s a valid question.

Well who is collecting them now? Treaurary Dept.? Customs & imagration? Who do they take orders from? Who do they answer to?
I am not optimistic.
My guess is that Customs agents at the ports continue collecting or not, till orders come down from their superiors.

If these people really were undocumented and a member of a venezuelan gang, then such individual could easily be deported using normal due process. The only reason why they would avoid due process is because the government is afraid of losing their case in front of a judge. In other words, they had insufficient evidence. What other reason could there be? Trump and his ilk wanted these people disappeared. Marco Rubio, Trump and anyone else involved in this should be hanged for high treason.

Police were ordered to conduct “beggar raids” (Bettlerrazzien), rounding up homeless people, vagrants, beggars, and the long-term unemployed. This eventually included alcoholics, prostitutes, Romani people, petty criminals, and anyone deemed unwilling to work or live according to Nazi norms.

They were often forced into hard labor and wore a black triangle badge to mark them as asocial.
