No point in refuting, just chronicling the repetitions.

However as to # 11 atmospheric greenhouse gases are why the surface of the Earth is temperate enough for liquid water and life, and why Mars without greenhouse gases is cold and barren.

Co2 does control climate, there would be no 'climate' without it,. The problem is us humans are adding too much. It is like adding a blanket when you go to bed when it is cold, more heat is trapped under the blankets. Too many blankets and you overheat.

Climate has always banged over time.

Once thing that does not change is human ignorance.

The amount of temperature rise is not the main issue. Even for small increases in average global temperature it represents a huge amount of increased thermal energy in solid Earth, air, and especially oceans.

Asa first order approximation hurricanes and land storms are a heat engine. Increasing ocean temperature is like increasing the voltage on a battery.

Increased temperature means more evaporation and more rain in storms.

Put a battery across a DC motor and the motor turns. The potential energy difference across the battery terminal.

A heat engine operates on a difference in temperature. Warm oceans and cool air is a thermal battery, a potential energy difference.

Ocean life evolved over very ling time periods. The rise in ocean temperature is causing mass migrations of ocean life and threatening marine food supplies.

The average ocean temperature increase may seem low, but shallow coastal waters are getting hot enough to kill fish. Same in fresh water lakes and rivers.

Yes, global temperature rise is a bad thing. I*t is the overwhelming evidence across the biosphere.

Fortunately I will not live to see it as it gets worse in coming decades.

Perhaps I shouldn't quibble at an incomplete sentence: It makes no claim so can't be right or wrong. But TSwizzle doesn't seem to know what "imperceptible" means. 2° F is a lot for an average. And ask the people of Phoenix, AZ if they're perceived a temperature increase compared with the summers of yester-year.

Wrong again. I thought you claimed to be a climate-change expert. All sorts of graphs -- short-term, medium-term, long-term -- show strong correlation between CO₂ and temperature.

"Extraordinary" is a matter of opinion, but it may seem unusual that a single genus, Homo in this instance, can have such a profound effect on climate. This is not unprecedented however. 49 million years ago Azolla (mosquito fern) induced a rapid cooling, as shown under Eocene in graph attached. Can you guess what chemical was central to this rapid cooling? You guessed it!!! Azolla sequestered CO₂

The current rate of change has been seen before, but only following impact events or major volcanism.
Meteors/asteroids/comets have always impacted earth, so no big deal if human impact is similar, I guess.
