So when did this American help to China occur? Certainly not in late 1930s when Japan invaded China. Perhaps he thinks USA helped save China from North Korea during the Korean War?
Perhaps, because he refers to China's quest for 'Victory and Glory' he means their fight with Vietnam, but again USA wasn't assisting China, and China wasn't being invaded anyway.
