How does this square with “stand your ground”?
I assume that the advice is to aim for their face, like they do.

Yep. ICE is no longer required to get warrants to invade a person's home. I'm absolutely sure that our resident libertarians will be up in arms at this dramatic increase in federal power!

A confession normally leads to prosecution and conviction, not the legalization of the crime.

Edit: The public disclosure of the memo provides direct documentary evidence that warrantless home entries were authorized as a matter of policy, strengthening any U.S. citizen’s civil claim arising from such an entry. I expect the memo to show up in court the same way it showed up in ICE training: everywhere.

Yeah, but the memo suggests they violate our 4th Amendment rights during reasonable hours of the day and with care.

The bootlickers here will either deny it's happening or they'll just say it's "necessary for enforcement" (regardless of the fact that it's unconstitutional, and therefore nothing to do with law enforcement).
 
I think that if masked men with guns broke in my door and came in I'd call the town police and asked that they be charged with breaking and entering, assault, etc.. But I'm a white native born citizen.

I must admit, this thread has served a purpose other than what I intended.
It has revealed the intellectual bankruptcy of both our libberpublican hypocrites as well as our “I’m not a trumpsucker” faux liberals. No outrage from Jason, Derec, Swiz, Emily, or any of the others.
I think this is a stark revelation of their dishonesty and/or confusion about their own contorted “positions”.
 
I for one don't like the dramatic increase in federal power. This is a very bad precedent that I wish there were other better solutions. I for one don't want any kind of police breaking into my house without a proper warrant.

That being said, I would not blame Trump or MAGA any of this including the woman who got wasted in Minneapolis. Because it was the Biden administration who created and invited this situation in the first place inviting the millions of immigration in the first place. I also do not blame Trump or MAGA that sanction cities have flourished to the point known criminals will not be transferred peacefully from cities to federal authorities. Sanctuary cities did all that on their own for political reasons to monopolize more votes on their side....And it is also not Trump or MAGA's fault these local politicians in these sanctuary cities do everything they possible can to thwart federal officials who are there by an elected mandate.

IMHO, Abraham Lincoln would be rolling in his grave over sanctuary cities. Either you are part of the US and follow its laws or you should succeed from the union.
