Trump is now suing the IRS for some kind of leak or something from 2018-2020 of his tax information. Since he is the head of government he can exert a lot of undue pressure to make it a reality. So corrupt. He IS the swamp. On the other hand, perhaps he'll say, "Hey guys, don't worry about ICE goon funding, I have it right here."

Ten billion dollars. That should help him hold on to the 37%.
(Actually, if you're still bamboozled by this wreck of a wheezing carney, then you're beyond convincing.)

I actually don't have a problem with him suing over this. The IRS should not have done that.

The ridiculous amount he's asking for damages however...

“I don’t mind releasing. I’m under a routine audit, and it’ll be released.”

“If I decide to run for office, I’ll produce my tax returns, absolutely,”

“I’d love to give my tax returns. I may tie my tax returns into Obama’s birth certificate.”

Donald Trump

This guy.

BTW. Nixon was the president who first started the tradition of releasing tax returns and he released his while they were under audit.

I really wonder what kind of idiot sets these $ claim numbers. $10 billion. He's suing the BBC for $5-10 billion I think. And the NYT for $5-10 billion I think. There are probably more. The ass files frivolous lawsuits all the time. When will the courts say NO MORE?

Some of these he's claiming emotional distress. It suggests that he has a conscience that he's distress over people knowing that he signed that birthday card with his name looking like pubic hair? Fuck he's boasted about fingering women against their will (Rape) and has been found guilty in civil court.

Trump does not seem to know that there is a thing called "discovery". When he claims emotional distress, in discovery the defendant can demand all of his psychological data. Demand that he prove that he was damaged which would psychological evaluations. Anyone want to bet Trump will not submit to a psychological evaluation?

Trump is scum. He has no redeeming qualities at all. None. Trump is the legal definition of pornography. No redeeming social value.

Vexatious Litigant

Some jurisdictions have a list of vexatious litigants: people who have repeatedly abused the legal system. Because lawyers could be disbarred for participating in this abuse of the legal process, vexatious litigants are often unable to retain legal counsel, and such litigants, therefore, represent themselves in court. Those on the vexatious litigant list are usually either forbidden from any further legal action or are required to obtain prior permission from a senior judge before taking any legal action. The process by which a person is added to the list varies among jurisdictions.

How are this man's followers not able to see the motives that control his every decision?
"Me, Me, Me, Me. MEEEEEE. Money money money money money moneymoneymoneymoney for MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!"
What do you nimrods need? For Trump to fall on your head?

Do you people not understand the symptoms of malignant narcissism, psychopathy, and dementia? These are all disorders of the brain. Trump has symptoms of all three. Psychiatrists who rarely make a diagnosis without personally examining the patient have said he has all three. He's an extremely sick individual who belongs in a nursing home where the caregivers could humor him. He should never have been elected as the president of the US, but sadly, he was able to develop a cult of personality that too many not very bright people fell for, along with the greedy wealthy who knew they could manipulate him into giving them what they want.

Sadly, not enough people took or understood the warning and now we have a seriously mentally ill man in charge of the US. He can't help who he is and it's too bad that not enough voters realized what they were voting for or heeded the warning.

Worse yet, the damn Republicans won't remove him from office. Are they morons or so partisan that they don't care that their party has a very sick and dangerous man in charge? Maybe both.

Conservative attorney George Conway’s Anti-Psychopath PAC turned to clinical psychologists, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to explain exactly why they believe former President Donald Trump is unfit to enter the Oval Office for a second term.
Four such professionals slam the Republican nominee as a “malignant narcissist” incapable of caring about anyone but himself and a “danger to the republic” in a new 60-second spot.

An open letter condemning Trump that had been signed by 233 professionals as of early Friday also will run as a print ad in The New York Times, the PAC said in a statement sent to HuffPost.
The signatories “have an ethical duty to warn the public that Donald Trump is an existential threat to democracy,” they write. “His symptoms of severe, untreatable personality disorder—malignant narcissism—makes him deceitful, destructive, deluded, and dangerous. He is grossly unfit for leadership.”

“Clinicians have had years to observe Donald Trump, and his behavior has long been indicative of malignant narcissism,” clinical psychologist John Gartner, the lead signatory of letter, said in a statement sent to HuffPost.
“We have a duty to warn the public about the grave danger posed by returning this man to power,” Gartner added. “Trump’s conduct recalls that of some of history’s most brutal dictators, and he has already demonstrated his willingness to wield state power to hurt his enemies without remorse.

Your last 2 presidents (and who knows how many previously) have shown obvious signs of cognitive decline and yet were allowed/encouraged to stay on.
You really need a mechanism to gently, quietly prise them out (the 25th amendement is just not enough).

My father, sadly, is now acting, sounding like Biden did in his last year or so in office. It is so obvious all is not well.

My wife can’t remember what she had for breakfast or even if she had breakfast. Gets confused about where she is. Would still make a better president than the rapist felon.

Raygun started his dementia during his second term.
So we have Biden and Raygun for sure. Trump, it's still not obvious. He obviously is seriously mentally (and psychologically) deficient but that's not dementia.

I don't think Trump should be able to sue at all. This is a serious criminal breach and the people who committed this act should be in jail. If this happened at the Australian Taxation Office the person responsible would be looking at 3 years minimum.

Trump must really like that 10 billion number. That's the same as what he wants for his Peace Commission.

Obviously Trump was never Mensa material, but I think he's so far fucking gone now he's just a collection of ChatGPT phrases. It's a safe bet that five days of the week he still thinks it's November 2020.

Are you sure he has not been entirely replaced by AI?

AI is smarter than Trump. And AI sucks at being smart.
