How should west respond to Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Barbos, you say "Ukraine would not last more than a week without "support" from the west."
It was not me who said that, it was NATO generals.
I was expecting more significant changes in the war when Europe had to pick up what Trump dropped with regards to military assistance.
You forgot the EU. They are keeping ukraine's "economy" afloat now.
And russian dismantling of Ukraine did pick up.

The truth is, your best chance was in the 90s. But you blew it.
Now, there is no chance. Russia is largely self-sustained economy. And we are perfectly capable to continue in Ukraine at the present rate.
You're screwed.

A lot of pensioners who are the main voting block for Putin have lived through The Great Patriotic War too.
Well it's encouraging to hear that most of his main voting bloc will be dead in a few years. Anyone who was old enough to remember that war would be into their 90s by now.

It's a rolling block, pensioners always vote for the current state.
Having said that, people born is USSR (50 and over) are firmly pro-putin.
So you have to wait 20-30 years and by tat time you will go against a block which fought NATO in Ukraine.

Speaking of ukrainian pensioners.
LOL, Arestovich congratulated his father with the day of Soviet Army (February 23)
Looks like ukro-pensioners would vote for Putin and return of the USSR.
auto-translate is working, so educate yourself on actual state of the affairs, instead of BS coming from cunts like Kaja Kallas.

As I said, we will sell them ready to use nukes.
Yes, the world has witnessed what Russian "ready to use" means.

Don't blame the world for the failures of your nation. That's the easy way out. No one ever said life was fair but people of character persevere. They don't lash out at their neighbors and blame others for it.
Russia's economy is sustained by selling off it's natural resources. This puts your economy at the mercy of resource price fluctuations, can lead to neglect of other industries & education, corruption, consolidation of wealth, and authoritarianism.
That sounds like Russia during the most peaceful of times. Now, accelerating the problem is that so much of Russia's revenue has to feed Putin's war machine. This guy did your country wrong and you know it.
Meanwhile, this older generation of Russians refuse to even recognize the problem, are content to live inside the propaganda bubble your government creates.

You of course know the problem. You are better than we are.
When I see a problem within my own country, I don't ignore it or deny it exists. I believe this is evident of most everyone here on this forum.
