Isn't it a bit worse than one in three? Most of his poll numbers have divided 40/60 consistently for quite a while. That's overall job performance; on some specific issues like handling the economy it probably is 33/67. And yes, it's mind-boggling. Brevard Cty is a hotbed of demented retirees. Which goes to your point. I thin trumpsuckers are reducing to cells, sometimes the size of cities, but more often counties or enclaves. If that is truly the case, their impact on federal elections could be (hopefully) artificially minimized.
But that assumes elections, which are something this administration will seek to avoid at all cost.
