Undesirables yes, but I doubt they are all your cousins.
What she did is give an open invitation to millions of people (only some of whom are bona fide refugees) to come to Europe generally and Germany specifically. About a million of them came to Germany alone in 2015 alone. And many more millions are waiting in the wings.
They come from cultures fundamentally incompatible with European societies. That does not mean that some individuals are not capable of integrating but when you import a society in bulk you are bound to get bulk properties of those societies as well, including all the dysfunction of these societies that led to the problems they are fleeing from in the first place.
What was needed in the first place was:
- limited amount of people
- thoroughly vetted
- deported if they engage in serious or violent crimes and/or exhibit radical Islamist tendencies.
Instead "Mutti Multikulti" gave us huge, unsustainable numbers or completely unvetted migrants who are not even being deported as needed. The suicide bomber had his asylum denied. Why wasn't he deported? The machete murderer was known to police for previous attacks that led to injuries. Why wasn't he deported? Why were these two and million of other people let in without vetting?
That do things people all over Europe have been doing for a long time.
Europe largely overcame their problems and it has been a rather peaceful, civilized society. But now the Muslim invaders are changing all that.
