I was wondering what would seem to be too outlandish even for this Election cycle now, as we turn the fortieth corner of the never end lap.

I was thinking during a debate:

Trump: Stimulus package? If you had maybe made with a stimulus package earlier, we never would have had to hear about Monica Lewinsky.

Trump: Stimulus package? *takes off pants* How is that for a stimulus package?
 
I am almost sure now that Trump is throwing the election, because he doesn't want the responsibility.
 
I think Trump is starting to realize how hamstrung his actions will be as President and he is trying to throw the election to lose. I could be wrong though.

Could Trump refuse to listen to daily intelligence briefings, go to diplomatic events and in general be in the system that presidents are in? Those intelligence briefings are a way for the “powers that be” to push the president in the direction they favor.

Seems like he would get briefings from Manafort instead.

Anyway, he is throwing the election so this will be moot. However, despite the fact that right wingers are pushing the Clinton health thing, I think this is one of the few times they are right. Her health is falling off a cliff. So, if she shows poor health more obviously, Trump may have to say more crazy stuff to ensure he loses.

The shit about them being founding members of ISIS, not instead something like "They helped lay the groundwork for ISIS to take advantage of the chaos." That is what a normal politician would say. Unless he wants to say that they armed ISIS on purpose - which some people contend (I make no statement on that.)

Anyway, if I were a left wing democrat, I would still vote for Clinton since the VP is very progressive socially despite being a corporatist for financial issues (which can be argued to be anti-progressive). Also, probably better than Clinton as far as war mongering. So if Clinton kicks it, they have a very healthy and affable president who could have 2 and 1/3 terms.

Agreed. The only thing I have heard negatively about her health was by a loonie doc that still thinks there's a link between abortion and breast cancer. I think the Libertarians or the right drug her up somewhere.

That picture seems fairly innocuous, you might say. But then again, you're not attuned to the right-wing conspiracy theorists, who were able to zoom in on the picture, and draw some rather unfounded conclusions:

So, that thing that you can barely make out in the hand of one of the man flanking her, is so obviously the anti-seizure medication, Diazapam! :rolleyes:
 
Apparently Clinton is in her 70s and right-wingers apparently think that all people in their 70's are at the apex of their lifetime fitness. Therefore when Hillary Clinton stumbles on stairs or needs medication, that means she has death at her doorstep.

To be fair, McCain's health did come up too.

The conservative loonisphere is circulating rumors about her health.

Well, maybe if she's going to be appointing leftist judges, they can just take an Obamacare solution and let the death panels deal with her. She is a grandmother, after all.

And when given that exact chance to clarify with a friendly interviewer, he declined and doubled down on them being 'founders'. Now he says it was sarcasm, which, as is typical for Trump, doesn't even make sense based on what he said and how he said it.
 
I don't believe that Hillary has any serious health issues but I also want to clear up a few things. First of all, Clinton is not in her 70s. She will be 70 on October 26th. Trump is already 70 so they are both the same age. Secondly, in my 40 years of nursing, I have never once seen Diazepam/Valium used to control seizures. It's almost always used to control anxiety, but I doubt that Hillary is taking Valium, although this election should make all of us want some benzos to help the anxiety we have from the possibility of a Trump presidency. The coughing spells are likely due to dry mouth from all the speeches and the place on her tongue, if it actually exists, and hasn't been photo shopped, doesn't look like tongue cancer. Besides that, tongue cancer is one of the more rare types of cancer, usually due to a long history of smoking.

Republicans should be a lot more concerned about the health of Trump, who exhibits symptoms of several serious mental illnesses. But when have Republicans ever been concerned with facts?

He seems to have a significant cadre of empty-headed bimbos trained to never stop talking no matter what... pretty much all of his surrogates seem to be trained that way - if you don't like what someone says, don't let them say it, or at worst, don't let anyone hear them say it!
