Scary times.
I have no idea. The one thing that I'm sure of is that Trump definitely has no idea. He has the House, the Senate and the Supreme Court and has made a clear demonstration that he's more tapped into America than any of the people opposing him were.
Now he has to do something and he's made it quite clear that he has no idea what that might be or how he'll go about it.

He's going to surprise the liberals. In the end, he's going to make you proud. There'll be things some won't like, but the good will outweigh the bad.
Hopefully, but probably not. He's got a Republican congress and Supreme Court. His policies are going to be things that they agree with.

This is what I had expected. On a personal, positive, note I won't be spending money on national/international newspapers for a few years, sitting in front of live TV news or wasting time on politics forums. As far as possible, my life will be 'Trump free'. It will be a different life, much as I was in my teen years when I didn't give a hoot about politics and just got on with what I was doing.
Some might think this an emotional response, and there is much empathy for the fate of others, but I had it planned and am ready for the change. My daily adage will be - 'Never discuss religion or politics'.
