Trump's Small Dick Syndrome Manifests Itself In Major Pro Sports

But he is 'technically' a below average businessman when measured against the S&P 500.

And he is 'technically' unsuccessful at winning the popular vote and below average on delivering on campaign promises.

He's managed a real estate portfolio well. Not very impressive. In any business with moving components (going concern) he's failed. When he has to manage components of an active business - he's failed.

He has seriously under-performed standard real estate indices too.

Conclusion: In the finance literature, investors who have outperformed are said to have skill, or talent, and those who do not are called underperformers. Using both independent and self-reported estimates of his net worth, Donald Trump has underperformed his real estate investor peers by 48% and 57%, despite taking more risk. Donald Trump is obviously a skillful presenter and a talented entertainer, but in terms of his investment skills, he is a clear underperformer.

He's reportedly worth US$3.71 billion. Not the largest scale of millionaire by any means but not bad.

Trump is an excellent marketer (of crapola). He makes P.T. Barnum look like a smalltime huckster.

It is comforting to know that with North Korea developing the capability of bombing our allies and us with a nuclear weapon, worldwide economic stagnation, and tax and health care reform in the making, that our President has the time to weigh in the pressing issue of free speech in the NFL.

It doesn't take long to tweet about NFL players disrespecting the U.S.A. in paid time. North Korea is an inherited cock-up from other administrations.

It bears mentioning that the deal that launched Trump, the Commodore Hotel, would never have happened without Daddy's political connections and loan guarantees. And it cost NYC taxpayers $375M in tax breaks. This because the PTB determined that public money would be better spent on business development instead of social services.

and it is still way too early on all of those promises.
All? Even the promises he said he'd fulfill within his first 100 days?

Or how about promises like when he said that he alone could win in the Mideast? And once in office, he directed the DOD to submit to him a plan for victory... From 'only i can' to 'someone else tell me how.' I think it's quite time we can judge on that sort of thing.

So? NFL players exercising their free speech rights is not a problem that any POTUS should be devoting anytime towards. Instead of working on real issue, our President is wasting his time on a non-issue.

As someone once said about the NFL: "You're going against an organization that owns a day of the week that used to belong to the church."
Ah, here is now a brazen lie in favor of divisive sports, instead of divisive belief.

You're going to have to be a lot more clear about what you're attempting to say.

But has he managed anything well? Here's what he was given by his father:

Money
Contacts
Management structure
Opportunity to acquire assets that only a tiny handful of people had access to

Everything was already in place for little Donnie. He even had people telling him what decisions to make.

I have a friend who's dad was an original owner in a nationwide oil business. At the time, this business was a brand new idea, but if you own a car, you've almost certainly been to this place.

Now, my friend is very rich because his dad brought him into the business. This business already existed, was enormous, and had management structure in place. This last feature is important because my friend was managed by management until he reached a point where he was competent. Then he was made his manager's boss. Now he's a bigshot in that company.

My friend's success in terms of what he did, was twofold:

1. Don't fuck it up
2. Be competent

There is something to be said for that because it's really easy to fuck things up, and not everyone is competent to do what he does.

What my friend is not though, is a scumbag. He's still a good guy and faithful family man. However, is he qualified to be POTUS? He'd laugh at the idea.

But according to Trumptards, he is. Hell, he's way more qualified than Trump because my friend's never gone bankrupt. That's gotta be a huge plus, right?

Trump just has a big mouth. He took his bullshit to the rubes and they bought it hook, line, and sinker. And being ignorant rubes with limited critical faculties, they'll continue to support Trump.

They can do this in their own time and keep politics out of sport. The Anthem and other ceremonies is about America, not Trump. If they hate America they can to to North Korea to further serve as Marxist marionettes. As I recall Trump just as any president in the past is working on a lot of issues.

This has nothing to do with NFL players hating America. It has to do with them exercising their free speech rights and lots of bigots and fucktards getting upset about it. Kneeling during the National Anthem (a personal choice) is no more injecting politics into sports than the playing of the national anthem.

One would think that this issue was one the President's radar that the US would not be in armed conflict anywhere in the world and not threatened by anyone in the world, and that the economy for everyone was in great shape.

The thing is, I don't think that Trump is sophisticated enough to understand what he's doing. I think he only understands that it'll appeal to enough of his idiot supporters to hurt the NFL and NBA to some degree, even if it isn't significant. Or am I wrong? Is Trump sophisticated in his trollish behavior to know exactly what he's doing? I'm ready to be convinc
I think Trump was asking for his generals to come and brief him on the plans to destroy North Korea, and Kelly said, "You DO know that there are people who won't come to the white house because they don't think you're the greatest president ever, right?"
And Trump dove on that derail and Kelly put nuclear devastation off for another day.

One of the big motivators for being good at sports is that one day you might be famous enough to do endorsements. You'll have clout and you can draw people's attention to the right razor blade to buy, the aftershave to use, the right glove to wear, the right underwear to don, the right car to drive.
I'd think it would be a GOOD thing that one of these pampered rich kids draws attention to issues that actually matter, not simply waiting for someone to pay him to tell people his favorite brand of soda...

'Kay. But Trump's making it about him. Trump is going out of his way to take up this issue, to make it him vs. the NFL players.

That's hilarious. Fascism is holding the state to be more important than the individual. FORCING citizens to honor the state, or emblems of the state, is fascism, not freedom. Making a personal choice to make a personal statement is, like, a big point of that document Trump swore to honor and defend and then proceeds to shit upon.

I may start going to sports games for the express purpose of sitting through the anthem. Because i can. Because brave men and women have risked their lives to make sure i have that right. Including me, my wife, my son, my dad, both grandfathers... So if anyone questions my patriotism as i sit through the song, i can show them my retired military ID and ask what dipstick they use to measure THEIR patriotism....?

Whether it was said as an actual promise or not, I meant all of the main campaign promises like building the wall etc. Nobody is saying that you are not free to judge. In fact, I encourage it.

I talked about this some in the Kapaernick thread. Neither the church nor the NFL honestly owned or owns Sunday. Simply flagrant self-promotion akin to the Beatles are bigger than God.

No - Trump would pitch a fit and tweet something moronic and vile about Opoponax. And his 'tards would lap it all up while the waved their hands at the criticism.

Maybe, but that does not stop him from laughing first.

The Anthem is a battle song that taunts the opponent. If people really wanted to keep politics out of sport, they'd stop playing the fucking song.
