I think it would be accessory before the fact rather than accomplice. I'd like to see him get life without parole, though.

Doesn't matter if it's the father or the town drunk. The cops fucked up by giving the guns to another person. If the father is guilty then so are the cops.

Can't argue with you there, but if our "justice" system won't prosecute them for murdering unarmed children, what are the odds they would be prosecuted for something like this?
