What constitutionsl rights do women have that men do not, Halfie? Should be easy to list them if thus is simply pointing out the facts....
It does not have to be constitutional rights for women to have rights men don't. You would only need laws that explicitly favour women, such as the Ontario Pay Equity Act that requires female job roles be paid "at least as well" as men, rather than equal to. Or other laws such as violence against women or domestic abuse legislation that ignores violence against men.
There plenty of advantages, both social and legal that women enjoy over men including some that are institutional and pushed by government, police and other authorities. That IS fact. To deny it would make you appear just as unreasonable as Half Life.
What it doesnt mean is that the reverse isn't true socially and historically. There also exist plenty of social advantages that men have over women.
I think that the same social bias creates both. The social bias of men being seen as active agents who do things and should be held accountable, and women being seen as passive victims things are done to, being presumed weaker and in need of protection, and less responsible for their own actions or situations, much like children. Women get infantalized unfairly quite often. It is harder for them to be taken seriously as autbority figures etc for this reason. And both misogynist and feminists feed into this social bias. It contributes to both the gender work gap and the gender sentencing gap. It is why "don't hit a woman" (but it's less scorned if women assault men) and "man up" are so widespread and potent.

You keep agreeing with obviously terrible points, most of which are about women. Can't you even recognize parodies?
