Pelosi: Impeachment Is Moving Forward

What do you think us means? It could mean our nation. It could also mean Trump and his campaign, Giuliani, et al.

It could also mean nothing because we don't know if that's the actual transcript since Trump refuses to release it. We do the conversation in the transcript provided takes about ten minutes to complete. But the entire phone call was actually almost thirty minutes. So a lot of what was said is missing.

Also, Dems approved a bipartisan bill to increase our military budget. If they truly believed Trump was a danger to the country as a Russian asset, they would have never approved the funds...unless they know it's all smoke and mirrors just for shampeachment.

"He's a Russian puppet! He's a danger to our country! He'll use the troops for personal gain! But, let's give him a bigger military budget anyway!" doesn't sound very smart, does it?

Not giving the DOD money doesn't stop Trump from being a danger to the country or using troops for personal gain.

I'm confused as to your response. Are you agreeing that giving Trump, "a Russian puppet," a bigger military budget is a good thing?

There's nothing in that clip that says "Biden shookdown Ukraine for his son's job".

Yes, a LEGAL quid pro quo was asked for of Ukraine. In exchange for our monetary aid, Ukraine needed to clean up the corruption in the country. One of the corrupt things was prosecutor Sholkin who was specifically not prosecuting corruption. You still have not made any connection between Biden and illegal acts.

The money Trump withheld had specifically been cleared by the DOD's requirement that they meet previously agreed upon anti-corruption goals, which they did. The GAO determined this was a violation of the Impoundment Act. It was done to personally aid Trump and smear a political opponent. Seeking foreign aid for an election is illegal. Using the office of the Presidency for personal gain is abuse of power.

I find it hard to believe that Trump used it for personal gain. As it's been shown, he never said "me" in the transcript.
well, no, we have seen a redacted memo that incompletely reveals the phone call.
So, no, we don't really know for sure he never said 'me,' do we?

I find it hard to believe that Trump used it for personal gain.

It's impossible to believe Trump does anything except for personal gain. Everything that fucker does is transactional in nature. There is not an altruistic bone in that pricks body.

Say what you want, but Rand Paul just said 45 Republicans are ready to dismiss impeachment charges. The waste of taxpayer dollars is almost over!
Oh, i think we're getting our money's worth. There's 45 people we know cannot be trusted to keep their oaths.

Like the saying, "If you loan someone $20 and never see them again, it was probably worth it." This crucible has shown us what some people are made of.

I think if the military needs a bigger budget, the money should be given. Trump has nothing to do with that.

I don't think that was your stance during Clinton's impeachment where over 200 Republicans voted to impeach and only 5 Democrats voted to impeach.

I guess all those Democrats are people you don't trust anymore, Keith?

That you believe the circumstances are identical only shows you haven't been paying attention.

Clinton lied under oath. He said he never had sexual relations with Monica. He did, though.

Even with this evidence, Dems still almost all voted not to impeach.

So you admit you still have no idea why the circumstances are different. Good to know. Do you need help in figuring out why they are different? Happy to help.

Roberts is going to sit there like the potted plant he's been so far and not do anything about this.

A real judge would have thrown these people out of the trial.

Tucker Carlson was just laughing on his show about how this trial is such a sham and a waste of time that people can't even stay awake during the trial while listening to kooky conspiracy theorist Schiff. "Schiff sees Russia everywhere", Tucker said. "He believes Russians will be attacking the U.S. soon."

B-b-b-but at LEAST five Republicans voted to impeach tRump, right?
Oh... right.. no they didn't. They lined up like lemmings.
B-b-b-but lying about a blowjob is way worse than undermining the American electoral system, isn't it? If there was a blowjob, at least five Republicans would have voted to impeach.

The point was that he lied under oath. I don't know about you, but anyone who lies under oath represents a threat to the U.S. Who knows how much else he's willing to lie about, then?

Saying, "He lied about a blowjob! It's no big deal!" makes me shiver in terror for the future of this nation. When people start thinking lying under oath is no big deal, it really sets a precedent for future Presidents to do it.

Said with such a total lack of awareness, I wonder how you put your clothes on in the morning without setting yourself on fire.

When did Trump lie under oath?

Tucker Carlson's a tool. Who gives a shit what he thinks?

When did Trump lie under oath?

Mueller testified that Trump committed perjury in his written replies to the questions he was sent. His replies were under oath. And even if he weren't under oath, lying to a federal investigator is still a crime.

When did Trump lie under oath?

I'll answer with another question; why is Trump so terrified of testifying under oath?

They went looking for real estate fraud and found a blowjob. Four years to find a nlowjob, and you whine about wasting taxpayer money?
