There s a Trumpeter in my building. He essentially echoes FOX. There is no possible discussion.
But the funny thing is, you guys sound like an echo of CNN to us. A lot of us wonder how anyone could possibly take Cuomo, Cooper, or Lemon seriously.
Curious about this, logistically:
How do you know what CNN sounds like? Do you watch it every day to enable you to know what their talking points are? I would not know what sounds like CNN because I have not watched it since the Bush-I era invasion of Kuwait. And since the soundbites that are shown elsewhere do not sound like only 4 Legos, clicked together in various shapes over an over again, I am not able to detect what a CNN “sound” is like.
Fox, on the other hand, when I walk by a TV showing it or see the screen grabs that its followers post, is almost perfectly analogous to just 4 Lego bricks, constantly clicked together in the few possible configurations that 4 Lego bricks could even potentially attain.
This is just one bystander’s view. I do not watch ANY cable news (I do not have cable TV), other than what I walk past. And FOX is very easy to predict and identify. Very very easy. Play me 3 notes and I can correctly identify it. All of the others? The content is so diverse and varied that you cannot tell by the content alone who it is.
So I can’t tell the difference between any of the talking heads by sight (even aside from my very real difficulties in telling different people apart in the first place), but the content of FOX is so simplistic, so angry, so aggressively propagandistic, and so reliably all of these, that “echoing FOX” is something that even a media recluse like myself can readily detect.
It’s interesting.
