The End of Democracy In The USA

I could see the simple typos in "Trumpmis" and "svouring" and that is fine. What is the reference to "57 states" about though? Is that a simple typo too, or something I am not getting? Thanks.

The End of Democracy In The USA
I suspect both the democrats and the media of cheating to elect Joe Biden. Trump should keep fighting.

Do you understand how the USA chooses a president? According to the Constitution, and 200+ years of institutional history? Why Trump is president, even though he obviously lost the 2016 popular vote?

He lost the popular vote by almost 3,000,000 in 2016. In 2020, it was over 4,000,000 votes. But that doesn't really matter because the American people don't elect Presidents. The Electoral College appoints them. It's been that way since George Washington's day, and the reason Trump is in office now is because Clinton won the popular vote, but lost the EC.

Long story short, the Democrats have supported basic American institutions like the EC. Trump and his supporters do not.

Now, if you think that the American voter should choose the president, I agree. Feel free to support

I do. Then it would matter who the American people vote for, and I think that's important.

But in this election, 2020, it doesn't. No amount of voter fraud matters. Whoever the state legislatures decide to send to the Electoral College is what matters. It's the same process that got Trump in the White House in the first place. State legislatures basing their decisions on state law, not the popular vote.

And that's the Constitutional way to do things, whether you prefer the outcome or not.

I want to believe there was no cheating and I hope there was no cheating. But I am suspicious. Cheating may have occurred and if it did, the people who are responsible must not succeed. I hope that Biden won fair and square and if he did win fair and square, he deserves to be our 46th President. But if he was elected immorally and cheating is allowed to prevail, America can kiss its democracy goodbye. Democracy will be a thing of the past.

The other simply truth is that when the nation is facing a potential disaster that needs a big government solution they turn to the Democrats. They did that in '32. They did that in '08. And they did that in 2020.

I suspect both the democrats and the media of cheating to elect Joe Biden.
But where is the proof? There is no proof. But where is the evidence? Oh, there is no evidence. Surely you would have indicated some evidence of cheating by Biden (or the media(?)) if you had some, but... no. There is no evidence. So we know now that you don't have a rational suspicion. You have irrational FAITH.
Trump should keep fighting. If there's a chance that cheating is involved, Trump should fight it all the way. He should fight because of the principal.
No, you don't do things because there might be "a chance." You do things because you have a good reason to. There is a chance that an extraterrestrial alien moved my pencil cup to the other side of my desk last night. That doesn't justify me (a) investing in a million dollar security system to prevent aliens moving my desk clutter, nor even (b) buying a book about aliens from the local book store. Both of these options are stupid because I don't have any EVIDENCE.

Put yourself in Trump's shoes. If you were President and you believed you were cheated, would you want to concede? Of course not.

The trouble here is that WE KNOW Trump was cheating. His known actions to unfairly (and illegally) skew the election toward him have already been listed in this thread. So given the KNOWN attempts at cheating by Trump vs the UNKNOWN attempts of cheating by biden,... you still think that we should insist that Biden happily endure Trump's irrational pursuit of unevidenced "cheating" and blockage of constitutional power transfer?

I can't take you seriously. Trump and his loony toons followers may still be "The End Democray in the USA," but it's probably not going to happen this year, and it's definitely not going to be because Trump finally acknowledges defeat.

All of these calls asking for proof and evidence are really unfair. Everyone knows that facts have a distinct liberal bias, so by requiring that positions be based on them instead of spurious allegations some crazy person pulls out of their ass, you are inherently advocating a skewed and partisan position.

I think that the only fair and balanced way to count the votes is to have 50% the total votes be based on who people voted for and have the other half go to Donald Trump because Hillary Clinton runs a pedophile ring of dead voters who've been stuffing ballot boxes under the direction of an evil cabal run by George Soros (or some other Jew) which is trying to make everyone muslim and gay.

It's making fun of Trump not realky knowing how things work in this country. When he demanded that Puerto Rico vote for him, for example, because of all he's done for PR. Also those Trumpista-bots saying they're leaving the US and moving to Mexico, Hawaii, or Alaska.

The “57 states” thing is a reference to a gaffe by Obama when he misspoke once during his campaigning. Apparently this was one of Obama’s greatest scandals, like when he wore a tan suit or had a marine hold an umbrella over his head. You know, the really terrible abuses of Presidential power that had never been seen before or since.

:hysterical:
Up to a 5,200,000 vote margin of victory, and congressional republitards are still so terrified of Trump's lemmings that they are pretending to go along with this "fraud" charade.
Someone saw someone writing something somewhere near a Biden-Harris van.
Yawn.
Wake me up when you see SEVENTY SEVEN MILLION people writing things on the sides of Biden-Harris vans.
Oh, wait - that would be a really big "conspiracy". Way bigger than the less than sixty three million-person conspiracy that the Randies of this world didn't complain about when The Donald lost the popular vote the first time but stole the presidency nonetheless.

Let's list the ways republicans have been cheating:

Removing eligible voters from the rolls (several differant methods involved in this category)

Closing polling places in predominantly minority districts causing hours long waits

Gerrymandering districts

Illegal disinformation campaigns that mail-in ballots will be used for debt collection and criminal warrant service

And this year we get a new one, Illegally delaying mail in ballots.

Anyone have a list anywhere near this much that democrats do.

Anyone...

Bueller...

Bueller...

quoted to add to the list: Extortion of foreign leaders to create dirt on political opponents.

At this point, I don't see how a RICO prosecution against the RNC could fail.

If memory serves, there are 56 primaries and 1 for the 'out of country' people. Hence 57. The right-wingers really tried to get a lot of mileage out of that one, trying to prove that Obama was stupid.

Thanks for the explanations of the 57 states remark, all.

The sad thing is that Randy is probably taking us serious right now!
Randy would actually have to be a human being for that to be true.

Well, he's a human robot. He thinks whatever is fed to him by his programmer. Sad.

Then again, maybe Randy is a diehard Biden supporter. He's elicited many explanations for why Biden is president elect, regardless of what Trump and his minions say and do.

Of course, I'm new here on TFT. I've no history with Randy.

By the same token, of course, Hilary Clinton should have kept fighting in 2016.

We're old here and have no history with Randy either. 3 hit and run posts, no responses... it is a BOT. I mean seriously, no Trump supporter even sounds remotely like that.

Thanks to WorldTravellor's bit of research, he's shown the "RandyJohnson"'s post has been spammed on message boards across the country.

Say bye bye.

Good Jesus Christ with a horse piss chaser. I am going to assume the OP is sincere, since I don't see any of the curlicues of a satirical style.

The assertions of Donald Trump should be heeded by no one, at any time. For the reason that you don't listen to pathological, conscience-free, malicious, self-serving LIARS.

Trump admirers are the last people on this earth to understand the story of the boy who cried wolf.

Randy shows up occasionally, drops a turd, and never comes back to the thread. It's not worth responding to.

Crap! I had no idea. Could you please send us the proof of the cheating?

Just look at the news! Biden "won". That's not possible, thus it was cheating!
