Evidence given by Rudy Giulianti of massive voter fraud in PA, Wi, MI, GA, VA, AZ, and NM states

For a supposed lawyer, Giuliani has some real difficulty in understanding the concept of "evidence". Sheets of paper that you won't let anyone else read and leaking hair dye doesn't count.

Legal affidavits and lawsuits brought by citizens aren't evidence?

Which affidavits have been submitted? With regards to which lawsuits?

When you've lost the support of Tucker Carlson, it's time to walk away:

I’m so sick of the word affidavit. If it isn’t presented in court, it is a meaningless scrap of paper!

Ouch, that's even worse than this.

What's a right wing nutjob to do when even Fox News thinks you're a nutjob...

They are all going to court.

Then they're not evidence yet, are they? EDIT: Incidentally, why weren't they submitted to any of the 33 lawsuits they've already filed?

I've checked in the other threads where this crap is being discussed and couldn't find any mention of this, but we are all aware if anyone donates less than $8,000 towards this bullshit your money doesn't go to finding election fraud but straight into Trump's pocket, right?

What
Tucker Carlson could and should be doing right now is finding out if Dominion voting machines from Valenzuela were actually used like the Trump lawyers are claiming. You would think such an outrageous claim would be easy to investigate. And such evidence of rigged voting machines would not require anyone to be interviewed.

Rvonse, when none of what you are saying pans out, will you accept that Giuliani is a lying fraud?

lol, no of course you won't. Say hi to Q for me.

I'm not donating any money to anyone. But if rigged voting machines are being used and votes are really being counted overseas (as Rudy just claimed in his statement) I am stunned. Because that means the US is officially a failed state with no free elections anymore.

I guess Rudy could be lying but so does the media. So I tend to favor Rudy telling the truth over the media considering he has a reputation to preserve.

But we will all see in the end.

I didn't know it was Tucker Carlson's job to prove a negative. Man I feel sick to my fucking stomache defending that cunt even obliquely.

I'm not asking you to. The point I'm making is that donations aren't even going to fund this legal team, which means Trump knows this is all bullshit and he is just performing his usual grift.

If. Claimed.

Bullshit.

31 out of 33 lawsuits being dismissed is not a good look.

Just like the "evidence" that Hunter Biden is a child rapist? What happened with that?

No, you will never see if you can't see now.

don't look inside.

I warned you not to look.

It's reported that Giuliani argues differently when he's addressing deplorable Trumpists on TV than when he's addressing a judge. In the former case he speaks of "election fraud;" but before a judge, where lying is criminal, he insists that there are no fraud allegations.

I have a question for TFT lawyers. If I were a talk-show host I'd insist that Giuliani put his hand on a Bible and swear an oath to tell the truth before he addressed my audience. (Yes, I know he'd never agree, but humor the hypothetical.) My question is: Would such an oath be legally binding, in the sense that lies could be prosecuted as perjury? If not, how could the oath be made binding? Make the interview into a televised deposition? (Of course I'd want the perjury to be a state crime, since the inner circle of the Trump crime family will presumably be made immune from all federal prosecutions.)

A friend of mine who is a retired criminal lawyer in the UK, is fond of saying that "a case without a legal or constitutional basis is just a tweet with a filing fee".

For an excellent and directly relevant example, see https://loweringthebar.net/2020/11/motion-to-declare-trump-victorious-filed-in-pennsylvania.html

How much do you want to bet that every single one of those cases will either be thrown out for lacking evidence or some other dipshittery, or cases/accusations will be dropped before getting to a legal proceeding.

This is about spectacle and spectacle only. A large percentage of Americans will believe the story because they drank the koolaid and they don't know how to fact check anything. This is nothing but a show.
