Maybe his business, or his financial ties, or his relationship with the Trump family, or even how much he loves pizza, though I don't know whether he does or not.

Instead, you talk about this. It reminds me of a scene near the beginning of the second season of Bonding, on Netflix, where there's this guy doing a comedy routine and does it looking forward to the reaction he gets. It was kinda gross and hard to watch, but it was also hilarious in a cringe sort of way.

I am certain enough his website doesn't ship to Australia, and if it did it wouldn't be economical, and I can buy pillows that are already in Australia that will arrive more quickly and will have lower and less wasteful environmental impact. Not everybody lives in America.

I have two such, from the funerals of my grandfathers, and expect to get one from my dad's passing sometime soon.
Of course, i also have three more folded the same way from when i was a scout leader. Nylon, so the creases remain, sharp and firm, making it easier for the cubs to get it right.
Kind of cheating, but it looked good when when MY scouts did it right the first time, and others needed help.

And if i ever display the grands' flag, it won't be next to schlock like that Jesuslion print. And there'll be a name at each one. And they'll be in shadow cases to protect tge flag so it doesn't look like a fucking stolen valor prop.

I have my grandfather's flag from his funeral--he was a Major in the Air Force who served in the CBI in World War Two (well, Army Air Corps at the time). It's in a nice shadow box and it's displayed alongside all of the Air Force plaques from my OWN career as an Air Force officer, which was inspired by his. And, one day, an honor guard will hand my flag to my wife (and/or kids, whoever's left.)

I'd like to think Jarhyn didn't mean that the folded flag itself was "jingoistic trash," but rather the posturing associated with making sure it's in the shot is what is jingoistic trash. Also the folded flag from a service funeral is not universally known outside of the military, so it might have been interpreted by Jarhyn as "just a flag." (?)

When I dinged PillowFucker for his virtue signaling, I was including
a) taking care to show a veteran's funeral flag to resonate with the Right's weird fetishization of the military,
b) the creepy Jesus Lion art, which looks like it was purchased at a gas station in Alabama,
