We have ideals, and real humans collectedly can strive for ideals but we never really get there. Governments are a necessary evil.

All human governments will have corruption and abuse of power. I think us Americans know that well enough. I grew up hearing you can not bivalve everything you read in the newspapers and
'you can't trust city hall meaning we need a healthy skepticism about government.

As I got older I made a reasoned choice, governments that serve to protect indvidual rights are beetr than givernmnts that are authoyerian to make it simple.

Trump is oir frst serious thrteat to principles, he wnats to be an suthopterian with governmnt loyal to him not the people. One of the weakneses of pur systyem, the only reuorent for congress or the presidncy is gettng lected. Hopefully if he back in office our klegaln systen will hold its indepence as it did before.

Close to being true. Russian Hitler may indeed fantasize about past Russian glory but he's more interested in personal wealth and power and will kill anyone and anything that stands in his way so long as he can get away with it. Dead, wounded, Russian soldiers are the least of his concerns. He's cagey enough to get North Koreans to die in Ukraine instead of more Russians. Give the guy credit. He knows there is a point where he can't just keep killing Russians even though he would kill millions without any regret if he could get away with it.
