How should west respond to potential (likely) Russian invasion of Ukraine?

Seriously dude, your army sucks.
US Army veterans vehemently disagree.
Not the ones I know….
I guess you know a lot of retired US generals.
But fine, continue to believe garbage you believe. It actually works for me better.
I know quite a few. They agree. You suck.
They are idiots and you suck.
You started open war with Russia 3 years ago expecting easy win, instead you are losing.
You started war with Ukraine in 2014.

As an aside, this is why it's so important to protect the press in our country. Barbos and probably a great deal of Russians really believe that Nato invaded Russia in 2014; and that we are all Nazis. This whole war, and a potential WW3 could be based on one person, Putin, making his people believe in a lunatic conspiracy.

Professors Gibbs and Sachs agree with me and the rest of the sane people.
And you don't really have real press. Your press is controlled by the neocons.

Not sure which Gibbs you are talking about but yes, I know that Sachs believes NATO plans to eventually grant membership to Ukraine and Georgia without getting the ok from Putin first is a provocation, along with some other things. I fall on the side of Ukraine and Georgia having the right to self determination.

Personally, I do not believe that refusing to do what you think is right for fear of provoking a tantrum from an egomaniacal and corrupt toddler is the right way to go. Putin would similarly decide that not backing him in claiming Ukraine or Georgia or any of the other former Soviet states is an act of aggression. The works dues not agree.

Fixed for you.
And that was not the only provocation.

I understand that for demented toddlers, not paving the way for their own political and financial ‘needs’ is considered a ‘provocation.’

Putin would have a point if anyone was forcing any country to join NATO. The fact is that it is Russia’s ambitions that motivate other countries to desire NATO membership.

Putin should stop provoking its neighbors into wanting to join NATO.

Yes, Biden and his administration were demented toddlers.

Bloody hell. Of course NATO was forcing Ukraine to join.
They announced their plans to "join" Ukraine in the fucking 1990s!

The fact is that it is Russia’s ambitions that motivate other countries to desire NATO membership.

Putin should stop provoking its neighbors into wanting to join NATO.
Putin was not even a thing, when NATO (North Atlantic Terrorist Organization) scum announced Ukraine in NATO.

So NATO is forcing Ukraine to join? I don’t think so. Putin is insisting that NATO permanently blatantly Ukraine from joining.

Only one body is interested in forcing anything on Ukraine.

So NATO is forcing Ukraine to join?
Absolutely. And again that's not the only reason for heavy beating.
Can you show any evidence of forcing?
Can you show any evidence of ukrainians even talking about NATO joining prior to 2003 (I think) announcement that Ukraine WILL be in NATO by ...... NATO.
Of course NATO is forcing countries to join and attack Russia. Just ask georgians.

I asked you to show evidence, not repeat bullshit.
I provided the evidence.
I provided evidence million times. NATO is forcing countries to attack Russia. Georgians said as much.
And it does not even matter. Ukrainians can all 100% vote to join NATO it would not matter a one bit.
NATO is an aggressive terrorist organization and Russia can not allow it to operate in Ukraine, period.
It's existential problem for Russia, and if murdering ukrainians is the solution to this problem so be it.

Russians have the same access to the internet as we do.

What sets us apart is values. Not what information we get.

Russians who don't like it can just leave, move to USA or Europe. They're well educated. There's nothing stopping them.

Russians aren't brainwashed. Its just a different culture.

Westerners tend to be arrogant about how everyone loves us, understands how great we are and want to be us. We also tend to be blind to the high price we pay for freedom and what we are losing. Freedom isn't free.

I like living in the west and love our freedoms. I think they are worth fighting for. But I understand we need to fight for them.

Fixed for you. Freedom have very little to do with anything.
The western success is based on theft and pillage of their colonies in the past and de facto now.
Thanks to China, it's changing now. China has shown that 3rd world has a path to having meaningful and fair economies.
