Oh that. I saw it covered in Russian news. To be fair, nobody died, only 2 in critical condition.

1. There has been some coverage. I have heard about it before this thread.
2. It's gang violence and thus rather common. And nobody died, making it less newsworthy. And is anybody really surprised concerts like this invite gang violence?

3. One reason terrorism invokes such fear is the randomness of the targets. Bangers having a nigga moment at a gangsta rap concert is the antithesis of random. This is very different than that Muslim terrorist executing a bunch of people at the Pulse Bar in Orlando. On the other hand, had Omar Mateen attacked this club instead, he would have found himself at the receiving end of gunfire as well, so there's that.
