They may have reason regarding health insurance but there's nothing serious that would imply anything about beliefs and lifestyles (as long as they are following the law).

Anyway, Cuba may have something to offer regarding healthcare as this has worked well for several years. Americans can also look at diet since it suffers from the highest rate of obesity in the world. So by chucking less burgers and hot dogs down their necks that could save on food costs and medicare
