Are we now in full blown fascist totalitarianism?

The CHARLIE Act that New Hampshire just passed looks pretty fucking fascist. They have banned schools from even suggesting when race or class were factors in historical conflicts. This will prevent divisive teaching g and promote unity.

It's pretty disgusting but it only passed the House. At last as of 2 days ago.

In the years following the establishment of plantations in the New World, many millions of people who were in every way indistinguishable from their captors were enslaved and forced to work in the cotton and sugar cane industries. The descendants of these slaves are discriminated against to this day, on the basis of nothing whatsoever; Even during WWII, for example, the US military segregated people from people, not allowing people to serve in units alongside people, and often giving people the more dangerous and unpleasant tasks...
-------
In 1918, the Russians rose up against other Russians, killed a particular Russian family for no reason whatsoever, and established the Soviet Union, intended as a model state that would implement the theories of Karl Marx, who held that a struggle existed between people and other people, for no reason whatsoever.
However, as satirised in Orwell's famous work Animal Farm, the successful revolutionaries rapidly didn't change in any way whatsoever, leading to a society divided on no new lines at all...

Yeah, that's gonna prevent any kind of teaching, and promote perplexity.

Someone sucks at history.
That certain family decided to get involved in
WW1 with Germany, while totally unprepared. It did not go well for anybody and we had February revolution. Had it stopped at that, Russia would have been like the rest of Europe. Unfortunately for us, German intelligence was having none of that and send Lenin&Gang with tons of money to continue revolution which they did and exited WW1 on favorable for Germany conditions.
You imposed USSR on Russia.

You imposed USSR on Russia.
Unless you think that Tsar Nicholas II and/or Kaiser Wilhem II are in your audience, that claim is absurd, even when we accept everything else you wrote.

But even that absurdity pales in comparison to your failure to grasp that those histories were intended to suck, and were examples of the kind of suckage this law would impose.

Your monomaniacal patriotism has rendered you an utter fool with no ability to even consider the possibility of context before making a stupid knee-jerk defence against any mention of Russia by non-Russians. It is simultaneously incredibly sad, and incredibly amusing.

You are a clown. A scary but ridiculous clown.

Your ilk think that Russia is still USSR. So I will think that you are still Nazy Germany.
But the fact is what I said it is: Germany conducted October Revolution in Russia.
So the Irony here, if russians were to abandon your imagined communism they would have to sue Germany for trillions and trillions of dollars.

It is you who suck at history.

New Hampshire... that uncle of New England.

Not yet. The courts so far are holding up.

They are trying.. Judges are getting fed up with the Department of inJustice for failures to comply with court orders.

Sickening that courts are having to contemplate holding DOJ officials under Criminal Contempt. That's justice under Trump.

‘ICE will comply’: Top Minnesota judge threatens criminal contempt for continued defiance

Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz wrote that Justice officials were continuing to violate court orders at a historic clip amid President Donald Trump’s mass deportation push.

The top federal judge in Minnesota tore into Justice Department leaders Thursday and threatened potential criminal consequences for officials who he said were continuing to violate court orders at a historic clip amid President Donald Trump’s mass deportation push.

“This Court will continue to do whatever is required to protect the rule of law, including, if necessary, moving to the use of criminal contempt,” said Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz in a message posted on the docket of an immigration case he is presiding over. “One way or another, ICE will comply with this Court’s orders.”

I don't know about any ilk, but I can assure you that I am aware that the USSR ceased to exist in 1991, and that it was a great deal more than just Russia, which since then has been a rather sad remnant of what was once a superpower.
So I will think that you are still Nazy Germany.
I have only even set foot in Germany twice, both times to change planes; I am not only vehemently opposed to Nazism, but am also no more German than you are.
But the fact is what I said it is: Germany conducted October Revolution in Russia.
I know. My question is why you think this fact to be in any way relevant to the conversation you barged into.

They did, in 1991, and they didn't, so clearly they wouldn't and/or couldn't.
But even that absurdity pales in comparison to your failure to grasp that those histories were intended to suck, and were examples of the kind of suckage this law would impose.
It is you who suck at history.
My history is fine. You just suck at comprehending what you read, because the slightest mention of Russia causes you to make a panicked defense against entirely imaginary slights.

Tell that to your finish foreign minister who does not know that and wants to liberate Russia.

Does not matter. They are Nazy Germany and they are in EU.
I know. My question is why you think this fact to be in any way relevant to the conversation you barged into.
I don't know. Why did you go on a rant about Russian Revolution?
They did, in 1991, and they didn't, so clearly they wouldn't and/or couldn't.
Great then. We can join Polish law suit.

That was a russophobic rant, not a slightest mention.

Germany has not been Nazi since 1945, and are a democracy unlike current USA and Russia, which are both fascist states, one ruled by a dictator (Putin) and the other with a would-be dictator (Trump) in charge.

My foreign minister is Penny Wong; She is no more Finnish than you or I.

They haven't been Nazis since 1945, and I am further away from the EU than you are.
I know. My question is why you think this fact to be in any way relevant to the conversation you barged into.
I don't know. Why did you go on a rant about Russian Revolution?
I didn't. I made a satirical post highlighting the absurdity that would ensue if the Russian Revolution were taught without reference to class. You know, the topic under discussion?

It was neither russophobic nor a rant. And as you totally failed to notice, it was satirising the law described by the post to which I replied, not a serious attempt to describe actual history.

You are dangerously paranoid if you think otherwise; I strongly recommend that you seek professional help.

I resent that. My slights against Russia aren’t imaginary. That fucking country has produced the worst leaders. Genocidal kleptocrats are their thing, and they never seem to learn.

It was both russophobic and a rant. Western scum has a habit of bringing up Russia into every argument.
Reminded me Obama and gay something right legislature he passed. Stupid dumb-ass did not fail to mention Russia in his speech about it.
I am just copying your manners.

Last time I checked the west was united against Bad Russia.
For good reasons. Russia has a bad leader that is taking them down a road that can only bring bad things to the Russian people. If you cared more about the people in your country than defending its leadership you would understand that.

Russian people have never meant much to Russian citizens. Most of their lives consist of a scramble to be or become one of the oppressors rather than one of the oppressed.
